Einrichten design is not a trustworthy company. I am facing with such unprofessional, irresponsible and rude service and unwillingness to solve customer problems (occured by company fault) for the first time. Their working processes and customer service are absolutely not adapted to sell products online.
I ordered 8 dining chairs at their online store. 2 chairs arrived heavily damaged. It is unclear if they were already sent defected or were damaged during the delivery (no visual damage on the box).
I contacted them immediately. You won’t believe what they offered me to do! They told me to drive with the damaged chairs to a USPS office and make a damage report on my part, forward these documents including the damage number to them and then send the defected chairs back to them at my own expense. I could not believe they are serious! They failed to deliver undamaged product to me and now they ask me to spend my time and money on fixing their failures? I was forced to spend my time on sending them tons of emails stating this approach is surely not acceptable for me and that the only solution that works for me is to send me the replacement chairs (standard approach that trustworthy and respectable companies utilize for solving customer problems occured by their (company’s) fault, right? But not for Einrichten design. They should have offerred it to me by themselves in their first email).
They made me feel like it was me who did something wrong and is asking something extra from them.
Finally they said that they will refund me the price of 2 chairs and from that moment they stop any customer relationship with me (I copy pasted this text from their email). So how it at all solved the problem for me?
I have 6 chairs instead of 8. The size of my table requires exactly 8 chairs, I do not need 6. All 8 chairs around the table should be identical of course. I am in US and there is no any other store where I can buy exactly these chairs. What am I supposed to do with these 6 chairs? The only thing I can do now is to go to some other store and buy some other set of 8 identical chairs. So the money I spent for the rest 6 chairs are actually spent for nothing, I just lost them. I am very sad and really surprised that this kind of scam companies still exist on the American and European market.
