I purchased 3 Climbing Man Wall Sculptures from Houzz.com and Eladitems. The sculptures that arrived were beautiful but they were much smaller than they are depicted on the website. Because they were too small for my space, I returned the items via UPS to Eladitems. Now Eladitems is claiming the items were returned broken and they refuse to refund my money. Eladitems and Houzz.com is making me responsible for filing a damage report with UPS. It is obvious Eladitems and Houzz.com does not want to give me a refund so they have given me the complete run-around for 3 weeks now. Trying to return these items has been one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had.

Im sorry but i got the box and items all broken. The items where shipped to you in perfect condition and in perfect wrapping. I don't see where it is my issue to accept broken items back and issue a refund. Here are pictures to prove it. I don't think Houzz will make you run for $145 if it wasn't true. No one is trying to escape refunding you the money but you didn't not get broken items. Shouldn't we as well!! It was wrapped with less packaging then we shipped it to you. Attached picture of your package!
