We are a licensed and insured contracting company established 2004 in Mount Kisco, NY. We specialize in meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients throughout Northern Westchester for all their home renovation and remodeling needs. We work in close cooperation with home owners to ensure their wishes are taken into account and provide creative solutions for interior & exterior spaces. We will work with you to ensure your building needs are met on time and within budget, and will be present on the premises of every job, every day, until it's completed to your satisfaction. A difficult and challenging gut reconstruction of a 90 year old bathroom. Provided design recommendations and open dialogue throughout the process. Crew was very respectful and always protected other areas. Required removal of existing 4” thick mud set and reframing of floor joists. Held to tight design parameters established by client-architect.

Angel Gutierrez is a very good contractor who totally remodeled our master bathroom. He did most of it while we were traveling and it was done on time and on budget. His workers also did a great job of cleaning up. I can highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Gutierrez Contracting! Angel is incredibly talented, meticulous in his work, and great at problem solving. He is not only very knowledgeable about contracting, he is kind, prompt, and responsive. His team is so friendly, polite and they always leave the house cleaner than how they found it! It's been an absolute pleasure working with Angel and his team. I first met him 6 months ago and continue to do projects with them because the process is easy, reasonably priced and the results are beautiful.

My husband and I had just purchased our first home and it needed a little TLC before we moved in. We had never hired a contractor before and were clueless. Enrique and his team were professional, efficient, friendly, and helped work within our limited budget. They were full of helpful suggestions and did incredible, top quality work. We'd like to redo the kitchen eventually and wouldn't even consider hiring anyone but Enrique Gutierrez.
