Grant and his team at Elite carried out a complete redevelopment of our penthouse apartment. Everything was replaced from floor to ceiling and the entire flat was renovated throughout. It was important for us to find a professional team who could manage the whole project and deploy skilled craftsmen in all areas. Such a project is not without its challenges but hiring Elite to carry out the project was the key to its success. They were always honest and straightforward regarding problems with design, installation or dealing with any budget issues and came up with solutions to ensure that we got the result we desired. Their expertise and pragmatism proved a great asset. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in using Grant’s team again. The only thing we would do differently is to get them involved even earlier in the project to help with the initial design and develop the project plan.

Having worked with Grant and Elite to re-model and modernise our flat in 2013 to a great standard I decided to work with them again to create a side extension and new entrance. This was a major project which required the side of the house to be knocked out to replace the former side entrance and narrow stairs with a front facing entrance and downstairs living space. The professionalism and customer care of Grant and his team was simply outstanding - we were even able to live in the flat for the vast majority of the time. The quality of the work, as I expected based on my earlier project, was extremely high and I am very proud of the way the modernity of the extension blends seamlessly with the old building. Thanks to Grant and Elite we have a much improved living space with a proper downstairs area and link to our city garden. I can wholeheartedly recommend Elite to others who are considering a building project - they really get behind what you are trying to achieve and project manage and support you throughout the whole process.

The Elite team completed the job on time and on budget . They were thoroughly courteous and professional at all times and the job was completed to a high standard . Any minor snagging was completed without delay and 3 years after completion there have been no follow up issues requiring attention . We continue to be delighted with the results that Elite have achieved.

We engaged Elite to replace an ageing conservatory with an extension which was an integral part of the house. The work involved opening up the back wall of the house and enlarging the opening between the new room and the existing kitchen. Two things about Elite stand out. Firstly they provided a complete range of services to take us from conceptual discussion to the completed job. This included flooring, decoration, central heating and landscape gardening. In addition to their own tradesmen Elite have a network of sub contractors which they can call upon and which are all co-ordinated seamlessly to fit into the overall project plan. Secondly was a desire to provide a first class service. Everything in the build was done to the highest standards and working practices,from health and safety to cleaning, followed the same principles. In addition to the on-site manager there was a project manager in the office co-ordinating sub contractors and suppliers and Grant monitored the job closely attending site on a daily basis. I would recommend Elite without hesitation.

Elite Property Solutions did such a fantastic job on our house in Trinity in 2016 that we hired them again this year to create and move the kitchen in a new house in Edinburgh. The 2016 project involved replacing a conservatory with a new extension as well as creating a downstairs loo from a cupboard and renovating the utility and shower rooms. We were delighted with the results and the work was carried out by a really professional, considerate and friendly team. It is testament to the company that 4 and a half years later most of the same team are back on our latest project.

Elite carried out a complete renovation and extension to our period property. Every member of the team was excellent and the final results were exceptional. They carried out a large proportion of the work themselves but where other contractors were required they coordinated this and worked well alongside them. The design service was also fabulous. We worked closely with the designer to achieve exactly what we had hoped to in the bathrooms, storage etc. The team on site were always lovely. They were considerate of neighbours and great at explaining everything to us. Their experience and knowledge was great and and they came up with many ideas and suggestions as well as preempting potential issues. The standard of workmanship was first class throughout.
