I ordered six Valencia planters in a dark bronze, all pre drilled ( and non returnable) and was very worried since this was sight unseen over the Internet. Emails with questions were promptly answered by a real person. Shipped safely arriving ahead of schedule. The quality was exceptional. These are lightweight fiberglass, but beautiful. Not cheap looking. Gorgeous with our modern Mediterranean style home. Will order more, but wanted to review since no reviews out there. Measure carefully- the sizing is accurate and I was choosing large planters.

Purchased a planter that did not work. Despite the "free returns" claim, they do not pay for return shipping. What? It cost me almost as much as the planter to return via Fedex ground (large box but only 12 lbs). An internet firm that does not supply return shipping needs a different business model. You can/should keep looking for another vendor.

We follow Houzz's shipping policies, and they do outline that consumers are responsible for return shipping costs.
