We help potential buyers notice a home's particular beauty through the element of suggestion, creating a warm feeling as soon as you walk through the front door. Based on a 2017 survey, the National Association of Realtors reported that: Seventy-seven percent of buyers’ agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home. About one-third of buyer’s agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered between one and five percent compared to other similar homes on the market that are not staged. Revize Home has been helping homeowners beautify their properties in Butte County since 2014, and offers a variety of services to match your budget, including the following: Staging Consultation, $125; A “walk-through/verbal-notes” tour of your home followed by a write-up of staging suggestions you can implement yourself. If you choose to hire Revize to implement the suggestions made, a bid will be prepared for you, to include a $50 rebate from the initial consultation fee. Occupied and Partial Staging, $500-$1,000; Occupied staging involves utilizing your own furnishings and accessories to showcase your home’s best features while still in residence during a sale. This often means working with homeowners to help de-clutter and/or de-personalize spaces prior to staging. Partial staging involves staging only certain rooms in a home (we recommend including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedrooms in these instances), or adding our Revize inventory to an occupied staging. Each project is bid accordingly. Full Residential Staging, $1,300-$2,200; The installation and removal of furnishings and accessories in all areas of a vacant home. The above-mentioned price pertains to the first 30 days of staging, additional weeks to be pro-rated, paid every 30 days or through close of escrow. Additional services offered include Organizing, Decorating, Space Planning and Color Schematics – prices based on bids after project preview.
