Take note, Evagreen Contactors is my 1st choice for the toughest job with cement. Bill is an excellent communicator, prompt, and is a straight shooter. He offers a fair price. I didn't know about Bill and Evagreen until I saw them working on the sidewalk next door. The neighbor's finished product was nice and the person we had been trying to hire had been so flaky so I asked Bill if they'd have time for our project. Having to replace a sidewalk in the right of way is no fun, but Evagreen did a beautiful job and did what they could to ease the pain of the project. Bill also seems to have a good rapport with Seattle's inspector and had good advice with regard to what we had to fix. My husband and I both highly recommend Evagreen.

It was a joy to work with these folks. They were very clear in their communication and were pretty much on time and budget which is the most anyone can ask for out of a remodeling project! I would definitely recommend them!
