The owner of the company drove quite a distance to talk with us about the possibility of a pellet insert for our home to reduce heating costs. . We were so impressed with his knowledge, and consideration for our situation. In the end, he felt that there might be better alternatives for our situation than the products he sells. We were so amazed with his honesty, and putting our needs before his business.
