Spare yourself the pain of using Bruce and his company and go elsewhere. We signed an agreement in March of 2016 to have Bruce build and install a patio gas log fireplace and TV with doors over it. The job was supposed to take 6-8 weeks, but it was only finished (at least Bruce called it finished) in April of 2017 (yes, that is not a type - it took over 13 months). In reality, the "finished product" looked much less appealing (with missing features we had been promised) than the mock-up we were given or what we expected, and it was one excuse after another for why it took so long to even get to that point. If you do use Galaxy, only do so if Galaxy agrees to put in the agreement a firm deadline for completion and Bruce agrees to pay you liquidated damages for each day that Galaxy is late. Without that, you too may be left waiting months in between days they decided to show up to work on your project. As for the missing components that were shown in the mockup but left out of the "finished product?" There was a seemingly endless line of excuses from the man who is supposed to be the expert regarding such projects. We learned a valuable lesson, and will NEVER use Galaxy again.

Galaxy Outdoor has everything one needs for the complete outdoor experience. We were new to Las Vegas and needed to replace an old grill. While exploring the many options available through Galaxy Outdoor we were not pressured in any way. Bruce and Jo took time with us so that in the end we would be happy and comfortable with our purchase. We decided on a Lynx Grill (amazing!) and a Kamado Rocket (spectacular!) I had never used a smoker and had many questions. Bruce arranged a time for me to come in for a "hands-on" lesson on set-up, lighting and cooking/recipe suggestions on my Kamado. He really cares that his customer is happy. The store has everything one needs from barbecue equipment, furniture, utensils and accessories, umbrellas. sauces, charcoal and more. We highly recommend Galaxy Outdoor and will continue to use them for all our backyard needs.

Vlad at Galaxy Outdoor helped us with the purchase of our Jacuzzi Hot tub. The unit is great and I use it on a daily basis. Vlad answered all our questions and forwarded literature and applicable information for install. Once we were able to get a electrician to run the 220VAC service we needed for the unit, he scheduled the delivery to us ASAP. This was a special case since we live in Arizona 100+ miles away from Las Vegas. I highly recommend Galaxy Outdoor and Vlad. Thanks.

We had Galaxy Outdoor replace a 19 year old gas grill in a custom made island. Bruce was very helpful in managing our concerns and questions in trying to decide the best course of action. The job was completed in a timely manner and the installers were professional and efficient. We are very happy with the results!

We had Galaxy build our outdoor kitchen and it has turned out better than expected. I chose to go with the Kamado Rocket, and Evo which I was not familiar with, but pleasantly surprised how much fun it is to cook with them. I've been smoking meats regularly now trying to get better. The flavor from smoked meats is unreal and a must try. The Kamado is a challenge, but it's been fun learning how to use it. The Evo is way better than I expected. I love hosting breakfast parties now for my neighbors. We can cook a whole package of bacon to get that smokey smell to fill the entire yard. Then we cook nearly 20 pancakes all at once followed by a dozen eggs. It's really been a fun experience for the whole family and it's been drawing our neighbors over to enjoy with us. Bruce, the owner, was the person that helped us the most. He was very honest and always answers calls and emails. I felt like he took care of us very well and had our best interests in mind. I've already referred them to a number of my neighbors and they have been happy as well. If you want the best of the best, Galaxy is the way to go.
