The service rep arrived on the time quoted, was neatly dressed and very polite. He spent a good hour fixing the spring I messed up. He also repaired another spring that was at the point of breaking. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Alex!

Alex the tech replaced the springs on my garage doors. I was worried that no one would be available weekend day to come out but I saw this garage door advertisement and decided to give them a call. Alex answered and said he would come by. He promptly came and was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Alex and their garage door business.

These are the people you want to work with when you need service on your garage door. Very honest & conscientious outfit. My garage spring broke late yesterday afternoon & they were out first thing this morning to fix it. While he was at it he did a servicing on both doors & openers. Now both move smoothly and quietly. Showed me how to do periodic maintenance on the doors to keep them in good working order. Very impressed - when it comes time to replace the garage door opener. I'll do business with them!

They called back immediately from initial submittal. Quick estimate very close to final amount. Showed up at estimated time (and called again just prior). Adjusted spring to fix pull up cable problem and installed new opener quickly. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me more. I would use them again.

The tech arrived at our home within 5 minutes of the promised time (10 stars) and the cost was what was quoted over the phone prior to their arrival. I even got some great tips for our flower beds. I will call do business with them again.
