Samuel did an excellent job installing our garage door opener. He is very professional, courteous and efficient. He called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would and completed the job when he said he would. There were no surprises. Scheduling was easy and pricing was very reasonable too. After he was done, he showed us which buttons did what and encouraged us to call if we had any issues or questions down the road. We highly recommend Samuel and wouldn't hesitate working with him again.

On the first call, he gave me enough information to fix the issue myself. On the second call, we set up an appointment. He gave me the price of a new door opener but also told me that he would likely be able to replace specific parts for less, depending on what was wrong. The final cost was about half the cost of a new opener. On the third call, the fix was minor but he was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule within 2 hours as my door would not open - and he didn't even charge me. He called before arriving which I really appreciated as a heads up. I like his honest and no-nonsense approach and have recommended him to several friends.

Within 15 minutes I got a call and within 45 minutes he was at my door. He determined the door just needed some repairs and it would be in good shape. my door is in perfect working order. I can't thank enough for his honesty. I will tell everyone about his company. Many thanks!

The Installer was very polite and very neat.. Customer service was exceptional. They were on point and got my garage issue quickly fixed. Good job! Real professional. Knew what was wrong and repaired it quickly at reasonable price.
