We hired Garland Alliance, Inc. at the end of our remodeling construction project and right before the winter set in. We needed to make it presentable for the appraisal/holidays and had no plan in mind. They came in quickly and executed a design project that was just perfect for our home. We will be following up with them to finish the design. They were prompt, respectful, and very attentive to our wishes.

Tim Garland is an knowledgeable and flexible landscape architect who can work equally as well in large rural settings like mine or more formal urban environments. Tim repaired stone walls and rescued and showcased several very large and sprawling lilac trees with stone beds plus creative pruning ,about two years ago. He economically added some artistry. I plan to use his services in the future.

Working with Tim and team has been an absolute pleasure thus far. We are located in Denver, CO and this is our first home with a yard, and a substantial one at that. The concepts, communication and the capturing of our vision has been nothing short of excellent. So far, the best experience we are having through this re-model process is with the outside vision that Garland Alliance is spearheading and we can't wait to see it all come to life!

Tim and his group have worked with me for years and in many capacities: design and installation of a major garden design, weekly maintenance of several gardens, and design of seasonal planters. Tim is so easy to work with. My budgets have changed based on specific projects; the quality and creativity of his work is outstanding throughout. I would enthusiastically recommend Garland Alliance to any and all, no matter the size and scale of the project!

Tim is also unusually reliable regarding meeting his committments accurately and on time.
