Ouroboros Design prepared architectural plans for renovations to our house involving relocation of bathrooms; changes to bedroom layouts; and replacement/extension of existing second storey timber decks with concrete decks. The architectural plans needed to satisfy ACT Building and Planning Authority requirements - including Development Application, and to be sufficiently detailed for the engineer to determine structural steel beam sections and concrete specs for the pad footings and deck slabs. The plans were prepared within the agreed timeframes and price. Revisions brought about by our change of mind to some of the layout and building materials were prepared without fuss and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the design services provided by Ouroboros for our relatively complex renovations and would strongly recommend them to others seeking similar services.
