Green Diva completed a large project for us, adding two master bedrooms/bath and a kitchen. Vanessa was always available and quick to respond. She was invaluable in guiding me in the daunting task of picking beautiful fixtures and finishes. Berto is a master carpenter and transformed a dingy basement into a welcoming living space. I have done prior renovations in different locations and this is the first that I has gone like a dream. If I undertake more projects in the future Vanessa will be the one I call!

We are sitting at our beautiful new kitchen island, looking around in awe at this dream of ours that has become reality thanks to the masterful leadership and design of Vanessa and her team at Green Diva as well as our architect Eric Jarvinen. From helping us craft ideas into plans, making suggestions on what we should and might not want to do, to being flexible with all of our last minute changes--in the midst of a global pandemic--we really couldn't be happier. What was a homely little Cape Cod is now something we'd expect to find in Better Homes & Gardens, but more importantly, it's totally comfortable, cozy and feels like the true home we'd dreamed of. The kitchen was the focal point of the renovation, but "while we were at it," we raised the roof to enlarge the upstairs (including a full master bedroom with walk-in closet and large windows, and a proper home office), put on a front porch, and added a great room in the back. Even the original parts of the house got a facelift, so it looks and feels like a brand new house. Despite many weather challenges and several change orders that we insisted on, Green Diva worked with us on design ideas, a timeline and a budget that met our expectations and allowed us to move back at an optimal time. We are so grateful to Vanessa, Berto, Jose, Marvin, Jason, Manuel, Cristian, Armando, and all of the contractors that contributed to making our dream house come true. We will recommend Green Diva to everyone!

Vanessa and Green Diva were fantastic. She and her team did a full remodel with an expanded second floor, an added family room, and all new roofing, siding, etc. The quality of the work was excellent, but more importantly, they delivered on time and on budget (only slightly over do to our added requests). Vanessa was also an excellent communicator. She was easy to reach, returned calls nearly immediately and helped us make decisions. We were extremely happy and would recommend her to anyone.

Communication is the most important thing IMO when undertaking a renovation. Vanessa (and Berto) were consistent and easy to work with. They came up with really great solutions when we encountered unanticipated "situations" that needed to be worked through. We did a complete renovation on the first floor of our new to us (c.1935) bungalow.

Green Diva Designs removed and old deck and helped us come up with a new deck look, in late April and May 2018. They are easy to work with. They communicate options, related pricing, and timeline openly and honestly during the entire project. They worked within our budget and our timeline!

Our project was a new, expanded kitchen. Walls were removed, the ceramic tile floor was also removed and everything was gutted - big job. In our wildest dreams we could never have imagined something so beautiful taking its place. I loved every person involved in the making of it. Vanessa is truly a gifted designer and Alberto is the maker of all things gorgeous! Everyone else involved (Carlos at painting, Jay at electrical, Tom at plumbing and Christian at hardwood floors) are excellent at their skill. The attention to detail is incredible. Green Diva Designs is my go-to company for home improvements forever.

The workmanship is outstanding and we found the team to be completely professional. Vanessa kept us informed every step of the way and gave guidance but was never too pushy. She has a team of subcontractors that are prompt, professional and masters of their trade. It is evident they take pride in their work. I always felt they were respectful of our family dynamics which put everyone at ease from the very start. The Green Diva truly listens to you in order to meet your expectations. She will share your vision with impeccable attention to detail. She has an intuitive gift of understanding 'space' and how to make it work for you. My first project with this team involved adding an addition to our 100 year old home. The Green Diva made the marriage of the old and new appear undetectable. Since our initial addition, I have contracted the Green Diva for 2 other projects and have plans to use them again in the future. I strongly recommend using The Green Diva as you contractor. Who would think that I could find, hire a dependable contractor and have a high quality job completed within 6 weeks. This was a whole house refresh. Not to make the scope sound small as it included a main wall removal. Every inch of the house was touched to include refinish floors, trim, carpet, paint, cabinet relocations, granite countertops and every electrical switch, socket and light fixture replaced. Green Diva was on time, on budget and organized.

I was pleased with the remodeling and updating of two original bathrooms in my house. The project manager was very helpful in assisting my choices in the materials used. She was also flexible in the timing of the work, since I was away part way through the project. She was professional and did her best to do what I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome!

I hired Green Diva Designs to build an addition, add a deck and renovate my kitchen. Vanessa responded quickly and provided design ideas that fit with the house, neighborhood and our style. She walked us through all of the process and has been very clear about what to expect. She is always available to advise us as we choose counters, cabinets, etc. Her partner, Berto, is an excellent craftsmen. We have been happy with all of the people that they have brought in to do work. Everyone is skilled and friendly! Although minimal, we have been kept informed of any delays. Finally-the rooms are BEAUTIFUL!!!! Great design and excellent work.
