Terrible company!!!! Do not use. I paid him for trying to do a job that he said he could do but didnt. He will not refund any of my money. He will not do what he says he will do.

John Paramore and crew recently replaced a nonworking French drain along the side of the house. They also tied in all downspouts around the house; replaced all overgrown shrubberies around the house with easier to maintain shrubs. They removed a dead tree and planted two new trees. The crew was very professional and courteous at all times. I could not be more pleased.

I hired John for helping me with drainage problems in my yard and landscaping my backyard. His crew really worked very hard for two weeks and I was satisfied that they could put some sod on side of my house to solve the drainage problem.. However, I was not happy with how John planned the project and did changes on his own when installing the walkway and firepit. he gave an estimate however did not mention details about the hardscape, which I assume he would do since he told many times that he was very experienced. After a week's work, he asked for more money (I assume when he knew what my profession was). Many things he could have easily estimated before starting the work. I had to go way over my budget to execute a plan which was far from perfect I paid him extra for a small retaining wall around the firepit area and literally, he just bought stones and arranged them around, many of them were loose without proper concrete application/base. The path to the firepit area he made was just placing some flagstones without proper concrete application. This was very unprofessional work(We could have done it ourselves). His crew damaged almost half of my backyard lawn by using excavators over them. My suggestion: If you want to hire Greenscape Please do it for water drainage problems. Please don't hire them for landscaping. If you do please make sure you have every small detail mentioned on paper and get his signature as John forgets most of the things he had already promised and come up with an extra budget halfway along.

John and his crew did an outstanding job in landscaping our yard. His workers, Paul, Jesus and Fransisco worked all day long very hard. When they left for the day, everything was cleaned up with no mess. John’s vision and knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping is amazing and very professional. I would recommend his company beyond any others. Thanks John and crew!

After all the rain and surprise snow we had this winter, our yard was a mess! We hired Greenscape management to put in 2 catch basins and a couple hundred feet of corrugated pipe. Now we have dryland again. They also laid sod and planted bushes alongside the house. What a difference it made! Thank you!

We had water coming in our basement from all the rain lately and our house was staying wet. Greenscape sealed the cracks in the walls, installed pipe and two catch basins and now we have a dry home. Not only was it the weekend but also a holiday and they still got the job done! Great job!

John came by to the house all nice, talked like he knew what he was talking about. I thought he was a straight up person. I hired his services. He sent 2 guys that could not communicate in English and he did not show up until he was about to get paid. The 2 guys didn't know what they needed to do. It wasn't a good situation. The work they did was very poor. About 2 days after they did the work, I contacted him asking him to send his guys back to fix their work (pic attached) and he never replied. I contacted him again on Monday morning. He said he was in a meeting and would call me back. I tried contacting him Tuesday and today and he never replied. He was very responsive in the beginning when he was trying to get the job. Anyway, Bad experience. I'll never hire them again. Wasted money. I rarely write any reviews, but I thought he treated me wrong.

Greenscape solved ny drainage issue in my back yard! Installed 3 catch basins with concrete flutes and now my yard can withstand the heavy rains that have been turning my grass into a swimming pool! My pup and I are very pleased!!!

I recently moved to Shelby county. I found Greenscape Mgt. and am very pleased. I entertain a lot and wanted to make my pool area better. They built Limestome columns and a wall to connect to my home. I'm always getting compliments from my guest about their design. Later, I had them come back and build two stone fireplaces inside my house. I am very pleased and will gladly recommend them!

Hired Greenscape to build a retainer wall for my new house and patio in back yard. I'm very satisfied with the work and love the pavers they chose to create the patio. Can't wait till summer to use the fire pit and patio! Highly recommend them. Showed up everyday and had no problems.

After talking with a few companies, we chose Greenscape Management to landscape our new house in highland lakes. They removed overgrown shrubs and replaced them with new plants and shrubs. Also made an island with color plants. They added more zones to our irrigation so we can keep it watered easy, very happy with results!

After so much rain this winter I had a mess in my back yard! Greenscape installed 2 catch basins, a 8 inch pipe and a sump pump to dry out the standing water. When it rains, my yard now drains great. No more muddy mess.
