The Outdoor Deck Company

We have used Gripdeck for many years for our anti slip insert requirements and their professionalism is second to none. The quality of the finished product they deliver is to a very high standard and they have certainly helped us out of a sticky situation or two when timings have become an issue. I would not hesitate in recommending them for projects of all sizes.

I had been looking for some Balau hardwood decking in long lengths with strips of anti slip embedded in, the original company I went with let me down the day before delivery was due, so I was forced to look around as I needed it quickly. I came across GripDeck whose prices seemed quite reasonable, but when I spoke to the very helpful Sally, they had the longer lengths of decking but without the anti slip. I enquired whether they could supply the anti slip separately and I would get my builders to glue it in. Sally came back to me saying that would be an expensive way to do it, and that in the meantime she'd had a word with the guys in the warehouse, who had agreed to sort it out for me at the same price and courier it over within my timelines, what a Star, and one very happy customer!!

Purchased non slip decking for a shady area in my garden. Product does exactly what it says it is supposed to. Looks good, easy to maintain and has stopped my children slipping over!! Couldn’t fault the customer service. Helpful and friendly staff. Kept informed during the whole buying process. Delivery arrived when expected. Would highly recommend.

We needed a solution for our outside wooden staircase, which was also a fire escape, leading from our main secretarial offices. They became very slippery when wet. Gripdeck advised, and even help fit, hardwood replacement steps with Stadia strip inserts. Problem solved, great advice and excellent customer service.
