I hired Ben to do a complete remodel of the house: * Gut out remodel of the basement and addition of a bathroom, laundry, and bedrooms with new window wells. * Extensive remodel of the kitchen * Reflooring through out the house. * Removal of old furnace and underground oil tank * Installation of new heating system Ben did an excellent quality job with minimal oversight, made helpful recommendations based on his experience, and even after a lot of scope creep, didn't veer too far from his initial time and cost estimates. My friend who's in construction was also impressed by the quality of his work.

We are very happy with the 1/2 bath that Ben added to our home. He was flexible, easy to work with, had good communication, and did solid work at a reasonable price. He will be our first choice for future home improvement work.

Ben helped me with a remodel of a condo unit. He handled a wide variety of tasks in a quick time frame and with no delays. He is a skillful professional and I was very happy with his quality of work. I hired Ben Tomlinson to update and refresh the condo I’d lived in for about 20 years. I found Ben to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and full of good suggestions. He was honest and thoughtful when it came time to answer questions I had. I am more than happy with the work he completed and super happy with how my condo now looks. Ben completely gutted my bathroom and installed a new tub, surrounding tile, vanity, countertop, tile flooring, and toilet. Additionally, he gutted my kitchen and installed new cabinets, countertop, and tile floor. He replaced all my closet doors, as well as redesigned a couple of closets. We have the distinction of living in the first home Ben designed, and we’ve been in it for 10 years now. Faced with the thrilling prospect of being able to build a house, quickly collided with indecision; exciting possibilities vs. economics. Ben had the patience to design three totally different floor plans, and worked honestly with us through the realities of each design, keeping in mind our limited budget.
