Absolutely HORRIBLE. Spent $12k on a lawn that looked like trash within the first year. Called them to ask for them to come out and fix it, someone came to take pictures and said they would call me back in a FEW DAYS. A few WEEKS go by with no response, but they boast fast response time. So I call them back and the very rude customer service rep tells me that she accidentally closed my claim out. Then when the conversation wasn't going how she liked she HUNG UP on me. Finally spoke to the owner who told me he could not believe how my lawn looked, it was so crazy he was going to hang the pictures up in their office? Then tells me I will have to pay $400 for them to fix it, while normally they would fix it for free since it was SO MUCH work he would have to charge me. Apparently they only guarantee satisfaction if it is easy for them. When I told him I would rather go to the contractors state license board to reach an agreement rather than pay $400 on top of the $12k already given to them he told me to "GO AHEAD!" and that it was "MY FAULT" that my lawn looked that way less than a year later. Worst customer service I have ever had and beyond unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

After having been installed for about six months, the lawn still looks good and has held it's shape, (not laid flat). I regularly use a shop vac to remove fallen needles from a cypress tree that hangs over the lawn. It actually looks even more authentic when there are some fallen leaves and needles on it.

Heavenly Greens did everything they promised. They put the lawn in one day. They crew were friendly and professional. Heavenly greens was very helpful in setting up the financing. The salesman stayed with the job from start to finish and inspected the job after it was done. I have received compliments from friends and neighbors on how good it looks.

We initially interviewed a couple of companies to have our small lawn converted to artificial grass. The lawn was in a shaded area under trees and grass had never done well there. When we got a dog, he would frequently come inside with muddy feet because of our patchy grass. Heavenly Greens was the highest quote we received, but the quality of the turf was unmatched. Initially, I balked at the cost but my wife convinced me it was the way to go. I'm so glad she did! The grass is so soft and realistic! The installation was a breeze and the team was done sooner than we were expecting. We loved the result. I highly recommend Heavenly Greens for artificial turf. You can definitely get cheaper, but you can't get better.

Our back yard looks fantastic. We had odd shaped stepping stones inset in the grass and they look like the grass grew around them. I would highly recommend them if you are considering artificial grass. They were extremely professional and were able to work around sprinklers, & buried power lines.

This was a labor intensive project. It was finished on time, in fact a day early. The workers were at all times courteous and obliging. They did an excellent clean up job. I am very pleased with the finished project and also with my dealing with Ashley who was always quick to respond when contacted and is knowledgeable about the products and the installation.

The product is great. Very natural looking and feeling. Friends can't believe is is not real grass. Product was installed 3/20/17. I have a small yard so it took only 1 day. I was not here when product was installed and when I came home the crew was already gone.The edges of the product were slightly shy of the patio edge itself. The layer of envirofil was scattered all over my patio furniture. I had to clean each piece with a small broom. It was not swept of the patio either. I called the company and requested a call back. I had to call a second time. Someone came out finally to inspect and I was told it was natural. I'm living with it.

The sales person easily convinced us to choose Heavenly Greens, by his experience and knowledge and description of the product. The preparation and installation crews were proficient and pleasant. I was interested in watching the whole process and asking questions, which didn't bother them at all.
