The Hines Home team did an excellent job on our Foxcroft remodel. It was a total “gut”. They have great designer eyes and designed and built a home perfect for our large family. It is exquisite with high end features, AND features that make the home family friendly. I can’t even believe how great this home is a couple is years later. Thanks for making our dreams a reality. Hines Homes Team, thank you for making my 6-year-old dream a reality! Soon after purchasing my lot, I began designing on my own plan. I had other houses built, but this one was extra special as it is the last house I plan to build. After 6 years, I had a sketch of the floor plan and a well-defined list, including pictures, of what I wanted inside and out. Turning over my dream to someone could have been daunting, but not with Hines Homes! In truth, I wouldn’t have even been able to build without their help! They took my sketch and ideas and developed a building plan that incorporated my every thought. During the build, they allowed me to be involved in each detail, advised me when I was uncertain about choices, and informed me in a timely manner when things needed changing. They answered questions about costs, other choice options, and helped me stay within a budget limit – not an easy task with delays in building materials and raising costs. It was a “well-oiled” team effort and a successful experience for me! They were responsive to all communications making the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! They are the ultimate building professionals, but their attention to my thoughts and ideas made me feel like mine was the only house they were building. I’ve been in my new home for over 4 months now, and they are still being responsive to my questions. Thank you, Hines Homes for taking me “under wing” and giving me “great ride”! We bought one of Hines' spec homes and turned it semi-custom. It was already the perfect floorplan for our family. We were inspired by their design style. They made the many design choices (we opted into) simple and stress free. Their Project Team was supportive and provided us with great insight since this was our first time building. They helped us consider many conveniences we might not have thought of otherwise. As a special needs parent, this home gave our family peace of mind to soak up the joys of everyday miracles. I truly enjoyed my experience of home building with Hines Homes. They met all of our expectations. Kelli sat down with us and was able to design our dream home. We had many upgrades along the way and Brandon kept us abreast of the cost throughout with the BuilderTrend, the app they use for the entire project. This really made the process seamless from start to finish. People are in awe when they visit our home. We asked for the “wow factor” and they delivered. The entire team was professional. Raul was our project manager and he is very meticulous about detail, which I truly appreciated. We had many late night and weekend communication that I thought was outstanding for them to always be available. They are one of the few Premier Construction Companies in Arkansas. Brandon and Kelly Hines designed and built exactly the home I requested. From the first Zoom meeting and throughout the design process and construction they were great to work with, listening to my ideas with the utmost attention and making recommendations that improved upon what I had in mind. Kelly came with me to pick out the items I wanted help with and left me to do my own thing when I didn't feel like I needed help. She even joined me via Facetime when she was ill to help with my countertop selections. The construction itself went smoothly under Adam, the project manager's, supervision. Adam was super responsive and kept me up-to-date with what was planned each week so I always knew the progress being made. I was in the unique position of living across the street from my new home and was able to watch the build closely. I was impressed by how long and hard the laborers worked and by how well-kept the construction site was. To me it signaled the quality and caring that went into the building of my new home. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering building a new home.

We have loved working with the team at Hines Homes. We were nervous to commit to a builder, as we did not live locally and could not oversee the construction of our home. We knew we needed a builder we could trust, and Hines Homes did not disappoint. Brandon and Kelly were kind and helped us navigate each step of the process. They kept us up to date on any changes in the build timeline and made excellent recommendations for design decisions. Our project manager, Raul, sent us weekly text messages with pictures and updates on the build process since we did not yet live in the area. In addition, he always made sure that we were satisfied with the quality of the work. When we finally arrived at our new home, we were amazed at the quality and craftsmanship down to the smallest details. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We love our home more every day! We just moved into our Hines Home. We love it more and more everyday. First, it is just so pretty! All finishes are custom and upscale. Good design should also consider functionality and they do this so well. Living here is just so easy and everything makes sense. The layout fits how we live and entertain. Above all is the quality, we know this home was built RIGHT and with top quality materials. It makes such a difference living in a home that is so well built! Not to mention the peace of mind for our future here. I am a FAN of the Hines team!! They are professional and just great folks. Hines Homes is more than just a builder.
