RESIDENTIAL: Hi Tech Projects has completed high-end residential homes, new housing, and renovations to complete custom refurbishments. Each project has been unique and presented specific construction, planning, or logistical challenges. Residential projects have ranged from large multi-level concrete constructed residential homes to smaller custom bespoke projects throughout Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Byron Bay. COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL: Hi Tech Projects has a broad range of experience working with tilt panel commercial and industrial construction, custom fit-outs, new offices, and full refurbishments. The construction requests from clients regarding office & retail projects have included, communication rooms, conference rooms, mezzanines, showroom design and construct, and reception spaces. These projects have been completed in both occupied and unoccupied environments that have required special logistics and safety scheduling.
