Nancy Hom and her team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They took it to the studs and changed the layout. Nancy was always responsive, had great ideas and very easy to work with.

Nancy was an excellent solution and source for me to utilize in my/our vision of taking a cut-up old house that needed quite a bit of deferred maintenance and turn it into an open home filled with light and flow for personal tastes along with the long term vision of value in the resale market. Nancy excelled in her 'get it done' attitude, passion for value and design and was cost-effective in sourcing key materials and service. She planned and drove the re-model time line to be done in 12 weeks; something I imagined would have taken at least 16 weeks with my other experience with contractors. Thanks for a Great Job!

Nancy did a fantastic job in the complete overhaul of our 1980's track home in Sonoma into a Modern Chic oasis. Turning a funky small bathroom space into a master spa--I relax every evening in the shower. Effectively designed living quarters to flow with the new designed kitchen space. She was able to understand our entertaining sensability and incorporate that into the design to make a small house feel and look open and roomy-ready for over the top modern entertaining. Nancy with Hom Team Design did an amazing job with our back-yard renovation which included the addition of a new pool and spa, several water features, outdoor kitchen, arbor and fireplace. Her work included design and project management. The results were right on target with our vision of what a "live-in" yard for our needs should be and Nancy was dilligent in making sure we stayed on budget. Nancy was a valuable asset to the project since we tavel frequently and she was able to effectively manage the day to day project requirements.

Hom Team did an excellent job with my kitchen and bath remodel. Nancy is an excellent and patient problem solver and the results are beautiful. So beautiful the house sold in two weeks after being placed on the market and now I can hardly wait to have her tackle my 70's master bath in my new home!

Nancy Hom and her team worked on various projects for us which included a larger renovation job creating a multi-functional space that would serve as a guest/family room and laundry area. Within our budget and timeframe, Nancy was able to help us brainstorm options that would allow for the most flexibility. She is professional, organized, knowledgeable and experienced. As first-time homeowners, her expertise was invaluable. We felt comfortable with her crew in our home and Nancy overseeing all the details. We are very happy with the outcome of the renovation work and several other smaller projects.

I built a 6,300 square foot gated home in Palm Springs, CA. It was the first time I've built a home "from the ground up". Hom Team Design made the process a breeze. The principal of the firm, Nancy Hom, managed the creation of the house plans including two detached guest houses, a tennis court, a bocci ball court, and a 25 yard lap pool. She then provided excellent oversight of all the material selections right down to the color choices of all the finishes. I could not have done it without her due to a busy professional schedule. Perhaps what made this project unique is the fact that Nancy resides in San Francisco, I reside in Los Angeles, and the home was built in Palm Springs. She would fly to the job site monthly and it all came together beautifully. She's amazing!!!

Nancy and her team oversaw a wide range of renovation work including structural work in the dining room, the re-do of two bathrooms, and the re-building of an outside deck plus design assistance and advice in the selection of lighting (interior and exterior), fixtures and tile, and paint colors. Nancy has a great design sense and her recommendations (often several from which to choose) were spot on. She also provided suggestions for the deck surface and deck furniture and fabrics. She was great to work with, flexible on appointment times, and I felt comfortable having her crew in our house!

Ground floor bedrm. wall color looks great. Glad I went with the lighter color. Works well...good suggestion. Master bath/shower made smaller to put in closet turned out okay altho took a long time to do....tile measurements a bit off in shower which caused delays. Grout color was not specific enough due to mix up and not enough communication ...same with floor tile near window....difficult to match previous color coz discontinued. Closet is good, functional and spacious. Didn't always agree on ideas because different taste and expectations, but we worked it out to make me happy. Appreciated suggestions. Nancy also came in to assist with other details on her own time. Was professional and courteous and good translator.

Nancy Hom is a true professional in every sense. Her design talents are outstanding and she is a pleasure to work with. She kept my project on schedule and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.
