I've known Mike for over 8 years and built one of the homes that he designed. He has great attention to detail and very creative design capabilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to design a custom home.

Meeting Mr. Mike Mayberry/House Plan HQ LLC was a business-changing occurrence! Mike accomplished every task in a professional manner, providing intelligent suggestions on a frequent basis. With over 1 million square feet of commercial finish out completed in the last twenty-five years, as well as designing and constructing custom homes for over twenty years, I can honestly say that I have never experienced the quality of service with every deadline being met and every expectation exceeded by House Plan HQ LLC/Mike Mayberry. Mr. Mayberry is first and foremost intelligent, very professional, honest and I would highly recommend his services.

The layout of the house is ideal and the attention to detail was great. The finish of the woodwork and flooring are well thought out and highly detailed. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures and layout are exactly as we wanted and finished to our specifications.

My wife and I purchased a lot and were looking to build. We had an idea of what we wanted and picked out a builder. We then needed the house designed. We had tried working with several architects who were never responsive, this went on for at least 6 months, then our builder recommended Mike. Mike had us something to review within the week after our initial meeting. We used him to design our house and also our hangar with apartment. Mike is very energetic and loves what he does. This is evident on how he works and interacts with you. We would make a suggestion and he would incorporate it into the plans and have it back to us very quick. There was never an issue with communication or delays. We felt extremely comfortable working with him with no problems discussing ideas or changes. We did a virtual walk-through of the home a few times so we could get a good visual of how certain elements would look and work. Having the walk-through was very helpful and showed us characteristics that we couldn't glean from a 2D drawing. My wife and I were completely satisfied in all aspects from the initial meeting to receiving the final product. In today's world I have found it unusual to have people actually deliver what they promise. Not the case with Mike, we will be referring him to anyone we know looking to design. He was a pleasure to deal with and designed us the perfect home.

Plans were everything I expected and more. Responded quickly with changes and helped with many suggestions. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend

I lived in a house plan | HQ designed custom home for over 4 years. The architecture and design of our home was fabulous. Mike has an eye for detail and it shows in the finished product. The main entry into our home matched the design features found in multi-million dollar homes. The flow of the floor plan took advantage of all available space and allowed for split bedroom design in a single story home. The kitchen was designed to accommodate a large family or party, perfect for entertaining. I have owned several homes over the years and would buy another house plan | HQ designed home in a heartbeat!
