We made contact with Ideal for replacement windows, front door and conservatory and glad we did. From the moment we met the salesman we were convinced by his knowledge and professionalism that Ideal would provide a first class job. The conservatory was fitted first and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job. The installers were clean and tidy, there when they said they would be, and were able to answer any questions we had. A five star job. Our windows were fitted this week and although the installers were from a different team they were equally as skilled, knowledgeable and professional. The 5 window bay, a double bedroom window and a 'Rock' door were all fitted in 2 days and they have done a superb job. The quality of all the materials used are excellent and we would highly recommend Ideal who did everything they said they would and nothing was too much travel.

Ideal built our conservatory earlier this year. The whole process from initial consultation through to completion went very smoothly. The friendly team were always on hand to answer questions, no matter how trivial or complicated. The team of workmen were also extremely professional and cleaned up at the end of each day so that mess during building was minimal. The actual build time was quick and I felt that my job was given full priority at the time of the build. There was no chasing workmen, as I have experienced with other building companies in the past. I am really pleased with my conservatory. I've just decorated it for Christmas and even in winter it still remains one of my favourite rooms in the house. Friends of ours are currently having their conservatory built by ideal, after seeing ours and I would, without hesitation, recommend Ideal to anyone considering adding a conservatory to their home.

I accepted an estimate from Ideal Windows to replace my conservatory polycarbonate roof with a glass roof. The company were able to advise me professionally on what would suit the existing structure which they fitted almost 10 years ago. Once accepted Ideal Windows kept me in touch re supply and fitting and the work was completed within 7 weeks. The Ideal tradesmen fitting the roof were professional, hardworking and I found it easy to have them around my property for the two days it took to fit the roof. The new glass roof has made the conservatory feel warmer and gives in so much more light. All in all, a good decision. In conclusion, my husband and I have used Ideal Windows for our own home and property renovations over a long period of time. We have always been satisfied with the workmanship.
