We LOVE Indie Capital! They built our home in Sacramento. The design is modern and sleek, the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail is unparalleled. They truly want to create a perfect home. You honestly don't find many builders/contractors that have this mentality - they are one of the few that do. Additionally, they have been very responsive when issues arise (i.e. something wasn't working properly) and are quick to fix it. They are also professional with a personal touch. We couldn't be happier to work with them and can't wait to see their future projects!

I'd like to take this opportunity to provide insight to Indie Capital; a company building its reputation in the Sacramento area based on quality craftsmanship and modern style. As a current home owner residing in one of IC's homes, I have had the pleasure of working with Erica and Nate from start to finish. They are a young professional husband and wife team producing some of the coolest developments and homes in Sac. Erica was extremely accommodating during buying process. Additionally, Nate stands behind all of his work and will answer any questions or concerns quickly. I'd recommend IC to anyone on the market for their next home.

Very happy with our purchase. We love the esthetic of all the Indie homes, but chose Mansion Flats Moderns for the location within the grid. Erica was communicative and easy to work with. We love that there is no bartering and that the homes come upgraded in their standard finishes. What you see is what you get. We also appreciate the efficiency beyond the esthetic, and that every inch of space is well though out for maximum utility. Any minor issues we’ve had, after the fact, have been quickly addressed and resolved. We are proud and pleased with our new home!

Indie Capital has an unparalleled knack for making urban and sustainable living easy, comfortable, and incredibly beautiful. We purchased one of their Oak Park Creatives homes. At the time, we weren't actually looking to move, but we stumbled upon a listing and fell in love. The modern design simultaneously blends modernity and seamlessness with warmth and personality, maximizing space and natural light. The native and drought tolerant landscaping is not only beautiful, but incredibly simple to maintain. And having a private backyard oasis was icing on the cake. Every detail is exactly how we would have wanted it, but better. What a blessing it was to move in a home and not have to do a thing but unpack. Beyond the quality of the product they produce, Nate and Erica are two of the most thoughtful people I've met. Their responsiveness and flexibility were greatly appreciated. We're so thankful and proud to own a home by Indie Capital, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Nate and Erica went above and beyond to get us into our brand new home as quickly as possible. We are first-time home-buyers and I could not have been more happy with the whole home-buying experience as they really made it a seamless process for us. Not only were they available for us for our many questions and requests, but they were able to get us into our home AHEAD of schedule, which was great for us because we had to move out of our apartment. They even worked with us to have a custom backsplash installed in the kitchen prior to our move-in date. After moving in, there were a few little things that needed to be added/modified/touched up and they were speedy and ensured that the job was done without any problems. Our real-estate agents and lender both agreed that Nate and Erica were by far some of the easiest yet still professional developers they have ever worked with. Not to mention we love the work that Indie Capital does and love our new home. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new, modern home in an urban area.

Chris and Erica really have an eye for modern design and quality. Erica was super communicative with us, and any small issue we ran into, we would notify her through text or email and it was fixed right away. They are an honest company that provided all their pricing up front, and would not leave a job until they made sure it was done right. We couldn’t be happier with our newly built home.

I purchased a house that was built by Nate Cunningham and have been extremely happy with our new home. Every time I have a new visitor to my home, I get compliments on the quality of workmanship that is evident in every detail of the house. Many people are surprised that the home is brand new because it blends in so well with the other houses in the neighborhood, they just think that it was an extremely well done re-modeling job. Nate chose the design well and made sure that the house is in keeping with the style of the other houses in the community. After I purchased the house and moved in, I had a few little things I wanted changed and Nate was very responsive to any request. Indeed, some of the items I wanted were provided at no cost - Nate just wanted to make sure that we were happy in our new home.

We viewed over 75 properties in Sacramento over 11 months and the only home we could both agree on was the Indie Capital construction. It ticked so many of our boxes and offered much more: look, location, off-street parking, garage, 3 bedrooms, office, modern kitchen and appliances, yard with grass for the pets, energy efficient, quality fixtures and fittings, the list could go on and on. Aside from ticking boxes, living in the home has made us realize that a lot of thought and care had gone in to the design and construction of this home. The high ceilings and large windows give such a feeling of light and space, and the open living plan affords us the opportunity to spend much more time together. The contemporary fixtures and overall finishing are immaculate (even our home inspector reported that ‘it was one of the best constructions he had ever come across’). Countless people have complimented us and remarked on how amazing the house looks (and these are just passersby on the street!). We are very happy with this home and would have no hesitation in recommending an Indie Capital home to anyone.

We worked with Indie Capital on the first two homes in our Solons Alley project and consulted with them on the second two homes. Solons Alley is a small, four-home infill project in Midtown Sacramento. Indie provided general contracting and real estate services. They take care of business, plain and simple. They helped us come up with a solution for a storm drain detention system required by the city, a challenge on an infill lot. Indie Capital sold the first two Solons Alley homes before construction was even completed. The Indie Capital team is professional, thoughtful and incredibly creative. Beyond that, they are good-natured and have an impeccable sense of design. They represent everything that is right in the world of homes, home building and real estate.

I was recently introduced to the Indiecapital website by a friend. I was impressed enough to want to see their projects in downtown Sacramento. As real estate is a sideline interest, I'm always looking to see new and exciting homes built by quality craftsmen. Indiecapital is such a firm. Their home designs reflect true quality, fresh, open aired, inovative homes offered by a team of professionals who have a positive progressive vision for Sacramento. Building with the very best of materials, utilizing craftsman of the highest caliber, one can see success in the making, from quality designs which incorporate the creation of light in construction, to the fine finishing details an ending with professional landscaping designs... all of which places homes built by Indiecapital among the most prized in Sacramento neighborhoods. We are thrilled with our new home designed and built by Indie Capital. Everyone who sees it remarks on how beautifully designed it is, how it is filled with light, how the windows are strategic to privacy and light, how solid the construction is, etc. In addition, the service, responsiveness and thoroughness are unparalleled. They even come back in a year to take care of any settling. They even took the stove out of their own home and put it temporarily in ours when I stove had not arrived.
