My wife and I did a contract with Dean Marshall of Sutter Professionals on the 20 of August 2020. The contract was for a total price of $2145.00. We gave him $1073.00 deposit. The contract indicate an ETA for the shutters of 6 weeks. We had heard nothing after 8 weeks so gave him a call. He indicated that there was some delay because of the virus problem. We asked for our refund back. He said he could not do that because the shutters were in production. We waited another four weeks and still nothing. I sent him an email requesting that he give us a call. This is now 16 weeks and we cannot get him to return our calls. I think I have been scamed. But, for $1073.00 I will pursue this through the Better Business Bureau, or legal action. Since my initial review we have received and had our shutters installed. We were not happy with the long delay in delivery but are extremely happy with our shutters. They fit perfect and they add a lot to our home. I guess the COVID was the problem and maybe I should have been more understanding.

Very happy with the plantation window shutters and slider that were installed at an affordable price with great craftsmanship. Looking forward to having Shutter Professionals install more for us in the near future.
