Ray was working on a mother in law suite addition when he walked off the job September 2016. Other subcontractors found emergent issues, such as electrical behind cabinets. which had been overlooked This project started in January 2016 and in September it was not near completion. Ray could not find or pay competent workers. It was a bad situation and I would warn anyone who is considering using this company in the future.

This person, Ray Scott, walked off our remodel that began in April 2016. He walked away Sept 2016 with the bulk of contractual monies for no other reason then (his words) "trying to keep my son out of the grave, my inability to find good subcontractors, overpaying the subs that I did use, the inability to pay myself and his failing health has caused him to file bankruptcy." He was paid over $45,000 on a $55,000 contract and provided approximately $20,000 in materials & labor according to contractors hired after the fact to finish our remodel. Do not hire this individual, he's bad news. He ended his email to my wife and I thanking GOD for customers like us. Really!
