Lisa is a joy to work with. She’s works well with her clients and is sensitive to their styles and the choices they want. Lisa has wonderful, professional, tradesmen who subcontract for her. Lisa also meets her timeline. If she says 6 weeks, it’s 6 weeks. The end product is spectacular!!!!

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Lisa at IAS Kitchen & Bath Design listened to what I wanted and created the perfect design! She has a wonderful sense of color and texture and helped me pick out counter tops, back splash tiles, lighting, sinks, appliances, paint color, and even found the perfect bar stools! She was mindful of my budget and figured out a way to update my travertine floor by simply having it polished to a higher gloss rather than replacing it all. Best of all, Lisa finished my new kitchen ON TIME!!

IAS kitchen and bath have renovated my 3 bathrooms and most recently my kitchen. Their attention to detail, while staying within my budget has made the renovations beautiful and surprisingly easy. All of my projects were completed on time and the quality of work has been excellent. They are professional and take pride in their work. Lisa at IAS worked with me on a total house remodel, design and decorating project. Together we came up with a beautiful kitchen design which Lisa and her team executed with great detail and fabulous results. In addition to the kitchen, she helped with the laundry room, master bath vanities and two guest baths. As a decorator, I want to work with people who are reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Lisa and IAS proved themselves to be all of these things. The clients were thrilled with the final product and so was I.

I do not have enough good things to say about the firm and about my designer, Maggie Burns. Even though my kitchen project was satisfactorily completed 7 years ago, the cabinets, appliances, and countertops have stood the test of time and still look just as good as when they were installed. Recently, I had a slight problem with one of the cabinet inserts. I contacted the office to inquire as to where I might obtain a replacement part. Maggie went the extra mile to research, find and obtain the replacement part from the manufacturer, and arrange for someone to install it for me. As far as I am concerned, this is service beyond my wildest expectations and speaks well for not only Maggie, but for IAS Kitchen and Bath. I would not hesitate to use this firm and this designer again in the future.

From initial consult to final job Maggie was amazing! Helped me stay in budget and create the kitchen I've dreamed of and was on top of everything! It's been 6 months and she stopped by to check on things and actually noticed a missing side molding that I would have never noticed and said she'd have her guys come out and finish! They are quite a team and she is a perfectionist! Definitely someone you want for your Kitchen project!

I have used Maggie Burns on two major projects now. Several years ago it was my kitchen and master bath. I cook a lot and have enjoyed using that kitchen every day. Now I was thrilled to involve her in creating a bedroom downstairs with built in closets and converting a boring half bath to a beautiful full bath. She is excellent at coordinating the workers and being at the site regularly. And the work gets done in the anticipated time frame. I would recommend her and her company to anyone. I do not have any photos yet as we have about 2 weeks left to complete the project and furnish the bedroom.

We hired Lisa from IAS to completely redo our kitchen and master bathroom. This was a major undertaking that included everything from moving walls, selecting new cabinets and appliances to choosing hardware. She helps guide you through the process in an open and consistent manner - always communicating every step of the way. Lisa also "speaks" construction so there was so much I didn't have to be involved in! Finally, she has impeccable taste and while she will honor your decisions, there were so many things that I deferred to her experience and counsel and she did NOT let me down. I would highly recommend her and am already fast tracking my next project so that I can work with her again.

We absolutely loved working with Lisa and Maggie at IAS. First, the cabinet lines they represent are terrific and very competitively priced. Both designers have years of experience. They are efficient, professional and dedicated to getting the best possible kitchen and bathroom possible. They are creative & patient and will go "back to the drawing board again and again" to make sure all aspects coordinate with the entire look you have in mind. Lisa specifically adjusted our kitchen plan over and over to make sure it lined up correctly with some beams we were putting in the ceiling. She stood firm with the builders to get the right spacing around the island and passage ways. We were very impressed with IAS's installers who are extremely skilled--it's obvious they have been doing installations for years. They have an amazing eye for detail too and are a total pleasure to have around. The follow through was perfect and they did not expect the final payment until every last detail had been handled and we were completely happy!

Did an amazing job with my kitchen plus project . Lise and Lisa listened to my rambling on about what I did and didn't want, looked at a multitude of photos I had and hit a home run with the completed project. Their contractor, Frank Carter, took down a wall between the kitchen and family room, changed all floors in kitchen and living areas, and added more lights. The end product is a very beautiful and functional kitchen and living space.

I feel very lucky to have followed the reviews on Houzz and hired IAS! I worked with Maggie and she has been fabulous. She listens to our input and is very conscientious about keeping within budget.

My husband and I had a new home built on a lake here in Windermere, Florida. We wanted a very open, cottage deign where the kitchen is open to the entire downstairs living space. So the kitchen needed to be beautiful. Lisa Saathoff of IAS designs, designed our entire kitchen area, as well as the two master bathroom cabinets, the guest bathroom vanities, and the laundry room cabinets, and we could not be happier. The kitchen is beautiful, bright, white, incredibly functional, and flows wonderfully into our living area. The layout is as functional as it is beautiful, with many specially designed drawers, stained glass doors on the cabinets, the perfect island area, and lots of workspace. The laundry room is the laundry room of my dreams, so pretty I actually enjoy doing laundry, with a linen closet, an area for hanging small, delicate items to dry, a marble countertop, and a multitude of cabinets for storage of anything I can think of. The two master baths are perfectly suited to my husband and myself. Mine has the look of antique furniture, with lots of storage and a wall of mirrors. My husband's has the floating vanity that he loves, with a very masculine look to the design and cabinet hardware. Lisa took a great deal of time to listen to our likes and dislikes, and designed the perfect rooms for our new home. We were very lucky to have her work with us.
