Just like the review before me, I purchased a light fitting that after installation by an electrician and having the plastic removed, showed many chips, cracks and defects. This company was far from professional in resolving the issue, and if i had more time, i'd go to small claims to get my funds back. Not a place i will purchase from again.

This it the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a negative review, but want to save others from buying from this company. The photos on their site are gorgeous, but deceiving, or at least they were in my case. I bought 2 standard shams that looked great in the photos, but were laughably huge and floppy, it seemed like a joke compared to the photos. Not only did I report my dissatisfaction to customer service, I was also gaslighted and told by Ruby that everyone else seemed to like them. Really, who?! I have worked in retail before and no, the customer is not always right, but neither is arguing with the customer and making them feel like they must be the problem. I sent photos of the hideous shams and once again, Ruby, gaslighted me and said that I must be using pillows that are too small. Actually, no, my pillows are standard sized and have never had an issue in the past, could it be that the shams are ridiculously oversized? I sent photos comparing my other shams to the huge ones and was told to send them back via UPS. I already went to the post office and since I live in the States, the return shipping costs more than what I paid for them. It is not about the dollar amount at this point, it is about receiving a defective product that looks nothing like the photos and then having rude treatment on top of that. I don't want to pay a single dollar more on this garbage and there has been no effort to make it right. AVOID this company and get rid of Ruby!
