We bought path lights that ended up being very cheap looking and shipped straight from Harbor Freight tools. We had to pay to return them and then he subtracted the amount for the original shipping. The wording on the policy was not clear. He is not customer focused and nickeled and dimed us because we were unsatisfied with the quality of the product.
