I had several companies bid the job for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. I felt comfortable and confident with James Hurt from the very beginning. He seemed to truly care about the job I wanted done and made some very good suggestions that helped with the overall costs. James was always available when I had questions, even after hours. His professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge made this an easy and cost effective remodel. I would whole heartedly recommend James and his team! I love my kitchen and bathroom!! Thank you so much James!

James Hurt is a fantastic realtor, and meticulously guided these homebuyers painlessly through the process. We'd use him again in a heartbeat. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and sell our home and relocate to another area within Prosper ISD. James treated us like we were his only clients. He arranged for professional photographs and helped us stage our home for a quick sale. Thanks to his insight, marketing and staging experience, our home sold in 6 days for full asking price. Over the next several weeks, James showed us numerous online listings and took us to see several amazing homes that fit within our budget. He asked all the right questions, including plenty of things I wouldn't have even thought to ask. Just when we were about to give up, James found us the perfect home. The home was in an area we were initially resistant to, but James insisted on showing us the home anyway. We are so thankful we trusted his instincts. James handled all the paperwork for us and made the negotiation process as stress free as possible. His savvy negotiation skills saved us over $20k under asking price. This was real money we able to use for updates after closing. James made sure we signed all of our papers, returned all our phone calls and emails the same day, and treated us like we were buying a multimillion dollar home. He gave us recommendations for a lender who provided us with a much better interest rate than we were able to find on our own. After we finally moved in, James personally stopped by and made sure everything was satisfactory and we were happy. He certainly didn't need to do that, but it was an extra gesture that showed us he really cared. In short, if you're buying or selling a home, you can't go wrong with James. Lots of realtors are offering to sell your home quickly or save you money, but James actually delivers results and treated us with care and respect. We love our new home and we have him to thank!

$1,000 - $9,999
Very satisfied with my kitchen upgrade. The final cost was exactly what the original quote was and the work was done on time. They recomended a change in the way we wanted to do the backsplash and it turned out great. I would recommend this company for any project and have already talked to them about another larger project in our home.
