Janine at Zero Latitude has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted to be involved in the design of our home and she has been so patient and helpful. I changed my mind several times and she was very generous with her revisions. She is fun to work with and I really enjoyed spending time with her through the creative and technical process. Whether you want to be part of the design or let her do everything, I highly recommend Janine.

We hired Janine's firm to design an addition to an investment property. As a real estate broker and investor, I am pretty demanding in terms of process and communication. Janine exceeded my expectations by a mile. Her firm is an absolute pleasure to work with and I can say with authority that her eye for design is unsurpassed. Janine can look at spaces and visualize solutions that I could simply not see. Her design concepts make perfect use of every space and are appealing and cutting edge. We met Janine through our builder, Triton and from our first meeting we were met with true enthusiasm and professionalism. Our ideas and brief were well interpreted and understood and despite the distance, all of the plans and designs that Janine worked on and submitted were clear, concise and very thorough. She delivered a very high quality service in a extremely responsive manner and we were able to see the project from planning to build very successfully, without any structural amendment. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Janine and our beautifully finished home is credit to her talents. Thank you Janine.

Working with Janine has been a wonderful experience. Her knowledge of Architectural Design is amazing and truly creative . Janine is fun to work with and is very approachable in her ability to work with Clients, Designers and Builders. Her problem solving solutions are always great and turn out to be the best aesthetic solution. She is very attentive to budget and details. Zero Latitude designed a large custom home in which we installed a two-lane bowling alley. It was obvious they put a lot of thought into the bowling room. Many architects will simply draw a "box" that we insert our equipment into. Not Zero Latitude. They crafted the ceiling in a clever way that would make things appear attractive from the bowler's perspective, designed built-in storage lockers for balls and shoes, and added many variations to the walls so they weren't simply long and flat. Great job.

We had a great experience with Zero Latitude. After Janine designed the home for our unique lot, she flew to Florida to go over it with us, before even knowing if it was acceptable. Her ideas were wonderful and since we built the home we get many, many complments. Our builder uses it as a model and has already gotten 3 build jobs as a result of it. We would recommend Janine of Zero Latitude to anyone and I;m quite sure they would be happy too.

I have worked on several projects with Janine over the last four years for various mutual clients and always found her to be inspiring and extremely helpful. Her clients are always made to feel she is available to them and she will always put their requirements as the priority. Janine has built strong relationships with the builders and contractors on each project. Her ideas are unique and she will help to make your own ideas and visions into reality. These were the reasons she was chosen for my own families investment property.

We have been totally impressed with Janine at Zero Latitude in her design work for our house in florida. it was a huge project for us, some 5500 miles away from Janine but she was responsive, creative, accurate and delivered everything we wanted in a design. We are just completing the build phase of the project and I have to say the plans and design have come together with no structural amendments. a great achievement on a 14000 ft2 house we could not recommend janine and the team highly enough -superb work and thank you pete and sarah marples
