Founded by award-winning remodeling contractor Jason Van Roekel in 2010, Modern Building Concepts is the premier renovation and redesign contractor in Fort Myers, Florida. Modern Building Concepts Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Originally from Iowa, Jason relocated to Southwest Florida where he met his wife Rian. As they began their family, he continued to expand his knowledge of construction, contracting and interior design. Constantly raising the bar and exceeding the client’s expectations is always the end goal and has allowed Modern Building Concepts to consistently deliver quality services and products to our clients. Our passion is creating unique and handmade designs from start to finish.
