I needed to renovate, not gut, my kitchen, and I thought a designer would be a better choice than a contractor. This was a large project that included the kitchen, entry, back stairs, powder room, mud room, laundry room and powder room. Joan is a designer who stays ahead of trends. She can see wonderful things for your space that you would not think of. A new island, hardware, paint colors, grasscloth wall covering, antique French wine table, bronze fixtures for the powder room, industrial style desk for mail, and upholstery for kitchen sofa and chairs were all part of the project. Joan has great people who work for her. She has a long working relationship on projects with all of the vendors and artisans. She was the right person to make my spaces wonderful. I did not end up with a white kitchen!

Joan Conroy has designed 2 homes for me. Her color reccomendations and furniture advice were outstanding. The projects were completed on time and within budget and it was a pleasure working with her and her staff. I especially appreciated her efforts in securing the perfect accessories to complement my homes.
