Found multiple errors on invoices and could only produce documents in Word. Wanted payment before work was completed. Still hasn’t finished the work including kitchen cabinets missing doors. Apologized multiple times because he thought the home he was renovating was his home. Fought us on everything. Was rude and inconsiderate to neighbors.

We hired John to renovate the kitchen and first floor of our 1927 home. We will hire him again for future projects. His team was professional and the end result exceeded our expectations. We appreciated that John doesn't take on too many projects at once and showed up at our site daily. His demeanor is even-keeled and we trusted his experience and knowledge for the big decisions. His subcontractors have a long tenure working with John which translated nicely to us as the homeowners as we could see the rapport that has been built over the years between them. We look forward to working with John again. He was very professional and most importantly gave us a beautiful new kitchen, on time!

I really got lucky with my friend's recommendation to have John work on my townhouse. On Mother's Day 2015, there was a fire and subsequent flooding (from our sprinkler system). I needed to find a GC quickly, but wanted to make sure they would do a good job. 2 floors of our townhouse needed to be redone-some drywall, entire kitchen, powder room, all flooring, stairs-EVERYTHING on 2 floors of our 3 story townhouse. John was professional and easy to work with. I was able to contact him throughout the project with ease. All of his subcontractors were professional and friendly as well. The job ran smoothly and quickly. I love the way our place looks and owe it all to John and his expertise. If I ever need work done again, it will be completed by John. My townhouse is in the pictures (Harbour Island). I highly recommended this company. I am thrilled with the final product and felt the process went well. Thanks John!

John has been wonderful throughout our renovation process. He is dependable and always worked with our deadlines. John is creative and knowledgeable which resulted in amazing designs for our home. He always goes above and beyond for us and we also have been very pleased with his subcontractors, who are hard workers, have great work product, and are a pleasure to be around. We continue to dream up projects for him because we enjoy working with him and love the home he designed for us! John is a great friend and like a member of our family.
