This review is for Justin Tal and his Creative Design team. I accidentally bumped into a yard sign for Creative Design in my neighborhood last year. We were putting off a backyard renovation for years because I wanted a contractor who was passionate about his job and had the knowledge & experience to make that one-of-a-kind outdoor space for us. When I saw Justin's work in our neighborhood, and the reviews from my neighbor, we called for estimates. Justin & his team are true professionals and they did a fantastic job creating that outdoor space for us. Their professionalism and commitment to their work is commendable. We liked their work so much, we had them come again this year to build a veggie garden for us. If you are looking for a contractor who is accountable and responsible to their work, I will highly recommend Creative Design.

Justin and the Creative Design team provided outstanding service from start to finish in the installation of our new driveway and walkways. The design was well thought out, including drainage, paver selection, and landscaping. His team provided excellent computer aided images which greatly assisted us in choosing the design patterns. The installation crew’s workmanship was exceptional. They were courteous, professional, hard-working and always cleaned up each day, as our neighbors frequently commented. The crew was also flexible in making minor adjustments to the installation that we requested. The office was diligent and very responsive. Justin was involved at all stages and frequently came by to check on the work progress. He made sure any final adjustments were made in a timely manner. The project was completed as scheduled. Justin and his team are the epitome of professionalism. From inception to completion, my patio project was executed flawlessly! I have recently moved to South Jersey and, since I was so impressed with the jobs that Justin did in my first home, I contracted him again for my new home. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. After scheduling Creative Design for an estimate on a new patio in our backyard, I checked Houzz to see reviews on their prior projects in the area. While their work is beautiful, I had my doubts we'd use them as their estimated costs were definitely more than we were looking to spend. The day of our meeting, Justin, the owner showed up on time and gave us a rundown of what separates his process from the rest. He then gave us an idea of what he could do with our yard space. We were impressed with his professionalism and blown away when he had an estimate and HGTV worthy rendering of our new patio in our inbox a couple days later. To say his design was more than we could have imagined was an understatement. While it was still more expensive than what we planned to spend initially, it wasn't the six-figure sum I feared. Knowing he uses his architectural background to go above and beyond industry standards to create a structurally sound and impressive hardscape, we decided to give him our business as we trusted his process. We are very happy we did! Justin, stuck to the timeline he first gave us and their were no unexpected costs. Creative Design took care of the permits we needed and were on site for all inspections. Justin took us to the nursery to select the Techo-Bloc pavers we'd use. Once the project started, any added touches he felt would enhance our patio were taken care of by him. His crew was very friendly and professional. Justin and/or his brother Danny were on site every single day. Justin would email my wife and I often to give us a rundown of what was happening in our backyard and what the next steps would entail. He is great at communicating and typically answered any emails we sent within minutes. His sub-contractors (sprinklers, electrician, plumber for gas line) were all professional and easy to work with. His Dad even stopped by one day to assemble our built-in grill and couldn't have been nicer! After three weeks, our patio was complete and more impressive than we could have imagined! Justin and his crew left our lawn looking better than when he started. They re-sodded, seeded and mulched our landscape. In this day and age when it's next to impossible to get a contractor out to your house, Justin and Creative Design are a breath of fresh air. He truly believes in delivering above and beyond for his customers and truly seems to appreciate our business. You get what you pay for with Creative Design and I would fully recommend Justin and his team to anyone looking to create their dream backyard!

Creative Design & Maintenance completely transformed out front landscaping after having exceeded expectations a couple of years ago on our patio with landscaping and front walk. We are incredibly happy with the Creative Designs hardscape work around our pool patio and fire pit. Justin kept his word on so many aspects, such as how long the job will take, what the design will look completed and super meticulous on the finer details and workmanship. Right from the start we knew that we would hire Creative Design and Maintenance for our hardscaping & landscaping work. Justin was extremely professional from the minute he pulled up to the meeting, and that professionalism never wavered throughout the entire process. Creative Design flawlessly installed my rear patio. They took special care to accommodate the special needs of my 14-year-old dog, Mugsy. Sadly, my Mugsy died while the job was in progress. Creative Design just did our landscaping install and from start to finish the whole project was amazing. They are knowledgeable and hardworking. Hands down the BEST! Justin and his team completed an entire backyard renovation- French drains, new pavers, lighting, Firepit, kitchen, and landscaping. I had seen the beautiful porch and landscaping at a friend's house, so I asked for the name of the company. I contacted Justin from Creative Design and Maintenance that evening. He reached out to me almost immediately. That was the first plus for me. He came out to our house to talk about my ideas and to view the current property. Within a few days, my husband and I received a full proposal with a design plan that seemed almost dreamlike. This was 12/02/2020. Work was to begin in April of 2021. The professionalism of this company is stellar. There was constant communication and updates throughout the project. We had pavers installed, a front walkway designed, brand new front landscaping and plantings, as well as 40 forsythias planted as a privacy barrier in our backyard. Justin was on the site EVERY DAY to check on the workmanship. His team was beyond incredible. They worked tirelessly and meticulously each and every day. They went above and beyond to keep things tidy AND they even powerwashed our house after the project was completed to make sure everything was spotless!! We recently had Creative Design and Maintenance LLC re-do our front planting beds with flowering bushes and trees, including a red maple tree and crepe myrtle bush, required, one-foot mulched side beds, and the installation of 17 conical English Yews around the perimeter of our patio. Our experience with Creative Design was well beyond outstanding, from beginning through completion. The first meeting with Justin was to brainstorm and come up with refreshing ideas of what we might like in our back patio and front walkway. Based on this information, Creative generated a 3D presentation that gave us a true perspective of what the finished product would look like. We were also handed a full presentation booklet, which gave us the time and opportunity to review at our leisure and decide if we wanted to make any changes. It was very helpful to meet Justin at the paver company and see the actual variety of pavers that we could select, as opposed to just seeing them in a sample book. Similarly, at the nursery, we were able to select the exact trees and shrubs we wanted and Justin labeled them on the spot so that they were automatically reserved for us. All of the permits, paperwork, electrical work, etc, were handled by Creative which, basically, made it a one-stop shop. The four-man team that was assigned to our project were incredibly hard workers, who worked continuously from early morning until quitting time, except for their lunch break. They were polite, professional and exceptionally accommodating. I might add that at no time did we ever see them looking into the window, even though we had the blinds open. The office staff was also excellent and made communication very simple. Based on our experience with Creative Design, we award them the highest recommendation possible. Just had Justin and his team return to design my front and rear landscaping project which I must say lived up to all my expectations ! We contracted him in Sept 2018 to design our rear paver patio and decided to go with them again based on the ease, quality and standards of their work Justin is a true professional with patience of a saint who truly cares about satisfying his customers Even the indecisive ones! I hired Creative Design and Justin Tal because I saw first hand his work that he did on many of my neighbors homes. On the initial visit you tell Justin what you're looking to do. He then comes back with a 20 page layout of my front and back patio and what he thinks works best for the homeowner based on the initial meeting and my ideas. You then select the stone and plants with his help and you're all set. Justin does all the work providing the permits, the electrician and the plumber. I can't say enough about the crew that worked on my project. Amando was the foreman and along with 3 other workers on the crew they were courteous and very professional. I told Justin that they were like a well oiled team, each worker knowing what their job was and doing it in a professional manner. When the job was done they made sure they powerwashed the driveway and and the sidewalks. As many other customers have stated Justin was here every day making sure the work was done according to the diagrams he proposed, and in the evening he stopped by to see how the project was proceeding. I am very happy with my new front and back patio's and can't thank Justin, his brother Danny and Amando and his crew for their hard work in making this all possible. Creative Design are pros who meet their schedules while providing top quality design and construction. They used them for both our patio in the bank and our front porch, and both jobs exceeded our high expectations. Some contractors in the area offer lower prices, but their work cannot compare when it comes to the quality and durability of the Creative Design crews. The premium is more than worth it.

Even after we bothered him to put in smaller lights as we felt the front of the house was too bright, they did it quickly and without any problems. The work they did on re-doing the planting that we had done when we built the house was also exemplary. Would highly recommend them.

Justin and his crew completed a new paver patio, sitting wall with pillars, all new landscaping and low voltage lighting in our yard. He and his crew did an amazing job! Besides the amazing job they did, Justin helped with getting the variance & approvals from the township along with handling all the other trades to also build a new deck. He kept us filled in every step of the way and I don’t think we could of selected anyone else to do a better job.

Based on recommendations from friends and neighbors we originally hired CD&M in 2013 for our back yard around the patio, again in 2016 to make over our front yard, and most recently late 2018 when we completed our pool project. Justin worked closely with us to plan the perfect landscapes that are properly scaled and complimentary to our house, while his professional and hardworking crew brought that vision to life. After briefly explaining what I wanted included in my patio, Justin Tal the owner, presented me with complete and beautiful plans in the form of a booklet. The project went smoothly from start to finish. He also took care of securing all permits needed. Justin and his talented artisans created an awesome outside living area, complete with landscaping and exterior lighting. The stone work is amazing! He focused on even the smallest of details which made my patio quite “unique”. As an added bonus, this company maintains the plantings and keeps it looking beautiful. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They have done our back patio and our front walkway. Not only did they come in with a fair price, but sat with me and explained how it would be built, answered all questions I had, and created a 3D design plan for us to see before! The men that came were super professional, curious, and always cleaned up after themselves. My kids were upset when the job was complete and they no longer where there. It was headache free and came absolutely beautiful. I will be using them over and over for any jobs we have!

From Inception to completion it was a pleasure working with Creative Design. Jason came up with a fabulous design, worked within the guidelines of the contract and set out to please his customer. We had pavers installed in the front and a paver patio was created in our backyard with lighting and a waterfall. We had beautiful trees and bushes put in to compliment our modern design. We have paver walls with lights and a gate to close off the patio. Creative designs did such an amazing job that neighbors have stopped by to admire our landscaping and lighting. Our home looks like it should be showcased in a design magazine. We are so happy that we hired Creative Designs.
