Our alfresco is out of plumb by about 50 - 75mm, that is to say that the concreting done by this guy slopes down from top to bottom. We found shade mesh sticking out from the concreting he did. His guys took a day off and didn't tell us at a time I'm pretty sure he knew we wanted the work finished. Also he didn't know or at the least did not mention to us that the fence we wanted did not meet the estate covenants.Cost us $1000 to get that fixed. He was really hard to get a hold of, usually took several days and phone calls/emails to get a response. I would not recommend him at all.
