I had outdoor motorised blinds installed by Clearview Concepts in 2011 and had nothing but problems with them since. I have had Clearview to the property numerous times over the last 4 and a half years, contacted consumer affairs and they do nothing but a quick fix job only to have their prouduct brake again. If you spend close to $8000 on blinds you expect them to work to their full potential. I have recently tried to get them to come to the property again as they are once again not working however they are not wanting to take ownership of their faulty product & install. I will be taking this matter further to hopefully have the issue resolved.
