We have hired Rich Kerri twice to design and fully renovate two backyards. His business provides exceptional service and work quality. My questions and emails were always answered promptly. Rich and the work crew were always candid and straightforward in communicating expectations and ideas and were flexible about requested changes. During construction, the yard and materials were always clean and organized, and the crew was always on time and hard-working. Our completed yard renovation followed the design plan accurately and looks great. We could not be happier with our new yard.

After 20 years, my yard needed a do over and my drip irrigation was failing. I have landscape plans prepared and began looking for a landscaper. After many landscapers interviewing, I was fortunate enough to find Kerri Landscape Services. I can’t say enough about the excellent services that Kerri’s staff provided. The workers arrived on time every morning. Everyone knew what to do and what was happening from the top down. The project managers and workers were all good communicators, polite, and professional in all matters. When plans were changed, they were very accommodating without a concern. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company, the project leaders and the workers themselves. Unexpected issues were handled seamlessly until resolved. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if needed. I believe you will be very happy with the finished product too.

Kerri Landscaping recently put in a dry waterfall and a wet water fountain, installed micro-spray systems in 5 raised garden boxes, reconstructed a part of the yard recently torn up with the removal of a huge 30 year old pepper tree and 2 maytens. They planted (2)15 gal redpoint maples and (2)24” box pistaches. They created two new stepper paths joining the east and west sides of the yard. They moved several 200-350 pound boulders. The days were hot but they kept up the pace and were always good natured.They adjusted to design changes as the landscaping took shape and were committed not to leave until everything was satisfactory. The men showed up on time every day. This is the second time we have worked with Kerri Landscaping. We will engage them again when needs arise and highly recommend them!

We have used Kerri Landscaping numerous times. The first being when we first built our house 22 years ago, for maintenance, and most recently a full facelift with pool and spa (w/Hacienda), guest house with attached garage (w/Burbach Construction), barbeque, pizza oven, and bocce ball court. We provided Rich of a list of things that we wanted with examples of what we liked. Rich truly internalized the things that were important to us and created a design that elegantly incorporated everything from my wife’s garden and meditation areas to my bike washing station and everything in between. Each space in the yard serves a purpose and is beautiful and elegant in its own right, from the pool which is the centerpiece, down to the utility yard. It is simply amazing anywhere you look. The quality of the craftsmanship is impeccable down to every little detail. The service is exceptional. The motto “The Ultimate in Customer Satisfaction” is not just a tagline, but ingrained in the culture of the company from Rich and Debbie, through the entire staff who are a pleasure to work with at every level of the organization. We highly recommend them. This landscaper has worked for us on 3 occasions over the years and has done everything from turning a removed pool into a garden to general maintenance. Whenever the garden needs a facelift, this is the company I call. I have always found them to exceed my expectations, to be very helpful and courteous and reasonably priced.

The crew from Kerri Landscaping had great attention to detail, worked hard and professionally, accommodated our concerns, made sure we were satisfied and had such fun personalities, it was really nice to have them around! I would be happy to use them again and would recommend Kerri Landscaping to anyone.

Large project this summer included extensive soil removal, poured-in-place retaining wall, gas lines, irrigation, outdoor kitchen prep, decking, swim spa + hot tub installation, lighting, sump pump drainage and fire pit installation. Great team. Great attention to detail. No headaches. Just a great outcome.

A large job was completed in the backyard including: demolition, grading, new drainage, irrigation, fire pit & gas line, electricity/lighting, vegetable boxes, metal borders, arbors w/fences, deck & stairs for spa, flagstone steppers, compacted fines, and installation of many plants. The final hardascape and planting design was well thought out and the result is outstanding. All the staff were respectful and a pleasure to work with.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kerri Landscape Services did a fantastic job on my front porch and rear yard hardscape/landscape project. It was mostly sand joint clay brick paving and mortared front porch thin brick pavers, plus irrigation, site drainage, electrical and plumbing. They were working from my design and offered suggestions when they saw a different and potentially better way to do things and asked questions to confirm their understanding of my intentions. In the end, the project looked at least as good as I envisioned it - maybe even better. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. They showed up when they indicated they would. And they are amazingly versatile in their skill set. They are a great value and I have already asked Richard Kerri to pay a visit to help me with front yard landscaping ideas. If you have a landscaping project that requires multiple trades and need a landscaping contractor that you can trust to do what they say and to deliver a first-rate product, these are your guys.

Complete professional design and landscaping of my front yard, including complete front yard demolition, New stone maker wall, sprinkler/drip irrigation w/timer, colored concrete driveway, stamped walkway, slate front patio entrance, designer-selected (drought tolerant) landscape, front gate/fence way and colored concrete pad (behind fence) for disposal/storage shed (to be added later). In addition, I had water and drainage stubbed to the back yard for the 2nd half of the project. NOTE: This was the first of a 2-part landscape effort - a complete front and back redesign and landscape effort. This summary deals with the front. Summary: I've owned several homes over the decades and have contracted with various landscape professionals...these guys are several factors above the norm. I met with the Kerri staff prior to the job to lay out specs for the front and back yard, but more importantly, to get their design ideas. Right away I realized they had a far better vision for my property than I, so I actually just turned things over and let them do what they do best - design and execute. Rich Kerry runs a top-shelf, well-managed operation and uses premium quality materials throughout. I'm a Project Manager by profession, so I'm keen to the amount of preparation and coordination needed to keep a job flowing at top efficiency. They gave a target completion date and met it to the day, even with some minor changes which I had (and I think they're used to). Supervisors and landscape personnel are on site before 7:00 every day and believe me, the guys put in the effort. They have their sub-contractors trained - they deliver their materials to the minute needed. I have a lot of respect for the work the landscape team did and the physical effort they put forth. Never a mess left at the end of the day. If I need to walk out on site and get status from the job supervisors, it's automatic - they shut down any running equipment with out prompting as a courtesy to their client. Seriously, a great experience from start-to finish. With Kerri Landscaping, I got exactly what I wanted - a standout result to make my property the best on the block. I got more than I bargained for and could have imagined. There was never a corner cut. never a complaint, never an excuse. The real litmus test is with the neighbors - I received numerous compliments, and saw the Kerri team on my block later in the year with other clients. My thanks to Jorge Rios for leading an exceptionally well-run project, and For Rich Kerri in running a well-oiled business machine and holding high standards for his team and for the results.
