Our living room was a very dark room with dark paneling, red brick fire place & one window. The room needed to be updated badly. Kristina & her team came in and created such a light, clean feel & trendy farmhouse look. It's absolutely beautiful.

As a first time house flipper, I hired Kristina Kreations to guide me through the entire rehab process. I needed to know what to do to this $100,000 home that was built in the 1970's, to bring it up to today's standards and ensure a fast and profitable sale. Since the home needed a complete remodel, we started from scratch. Kristina and her assistants provided valuable input on every detail of the work. She started by assisting with the redesign of existing rooms, adding more storage spaces and identifying the location and types of lighting to use. As work progressed, she chose the types of flooring, cabinets, granite, paint colors, faucets, sinks and tubs to install and in addition to her consulting work, Kristina personally spruced up the red brick fireplace by applying a faux type paint design while her assistant designed and planted the flowers in the new outdoor window boxes. Her cost effective landscape ideas were really great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Also, because of her professional connections in this industry, Kristina did the shopping and pricing of every item I needed to purchase which made this project less expensive and easier for me to complete. The home now appraises over $300,000 and is expected to sell quickly. I highly recommend her company to others who are in need of complete redesigns or just basic home interior improvements.
