I have been working with Kristi on three different projects (two renovations and one new build on a small lot) and I have been very impressed with her ability to think outside the box and come up with terrific solutions for my clients' challenges -- and my clients have been thrilled with her ideas as well! We hired Kristi to design a small addition for us, the first floor we added on a sun room and expanded two bedrooms, added a full bath and a deck to the second floor. After describing what we wanted Kristi designed a beautiful space to our 1940's charming cottage as we did not want the addition to look like a "box". The new addition is mostly glass and french doors and she was able to incorporate the existing roof line to flow with the new roof of the addition. Along the way there were a few challenges with permits etc., however Kristi worked closely with the town and our contractor and saved us a lot of stress! Not only is Kristi an excellent designer here knowledge of codes, permits, DEP regulations is amazing. If ever I work on another project I would hire Kristi in a minute!!

Kristi is a superb professional yet very personable and down to earth. Her style of client relationship includes... excellent listener, practical yet creative, tirelessly patient, very reasonable fee, incredibly organized, responds quickly to questions, makes helpful suggestions, looks at designs and requests from a variety of perspectives, every question and idea is taken seriously by Ms Kenny. Her availability to clients is wonderful even when managing several projects at once. She was a great resource and provided encouragement at every turn. This was our first and final time building as we are in retirement and settling in a new community. She really walked with us thru the entire experience. We highly recommend Kristi Kenny as your architect.
