INITIAL CONSULTATION: Assess the property and take site measurements, or review existing plans. By talking with my clients I establish requirements for the space and marry them with a wish list. CLIENT AGREEMENT: Prepare client proposal and agreement with the scope of work and associated fees. CONCEPTS AND DRAWINGS: Establish the design brief and produce concept drawings. Present preliminary designs. Present and review concepts and recommendations. DOCUMENTATION: Design modifications, drawing specifications, and liaising with relevant tradespeople and suppliers. APPROVAL: Detailed quotation with scope of work. Please note that to engage services for construction and commission, Ana requires all drawings to be approved and signed off, with an initial deposit of 50 per cent of the total cost. CONSTRUCTION: AL will be on site during the construction stage. FURNISHING and DECORATING: Source and supply lighting, furniture, accessories, and furnishings - including carpets, rugs, and artwork from the best suppliers.
