From the moment I contacted them, Leafless in Seattle was very professional! They got back with me in a timely manner and send out a friendly and professional salesperson. I told him what our needs were and our budget for this project, and he did not try to sell me anything outside of those requirements. He showed me an alternative product which would be equally effective while being more cost efficient. After the installation, tree needles began to clog the system, but they came out and worked on it for a few hours to ensure it wouldn't have that problem again. Due to the structure of my home, there was another issue I called them about, and they came back without any hassle. They explained what was going on and gave me advice to handle that issue should it ever reoccur.

Quality product, tidy installation. Installers keep in touch to ask your preference on certain portions of installation and communicate well to let you know what they are doing.

(12-21-16 Edit) After they saw this review, Mastershield called. Apparently the guy who was my contact is no longer with the company. So they are working with me to address my issues. I'll update as things change. But I have to say, them calling totally made me feel better. I was convinced I'd been ripped of by gypsies. Looks like they do care :)

Very courteous and professional estimator. The estimate was $7400 for just over 200 feet ($8000 w/tax). This was only for the gutter cover and install.
