Mullins Design does spectacular work - from the initial meeting to the final product, their design process is an enjoyable experience. Mullins Drafting, we can honestly say, has exceeded our expectations. The staff there is great (thanks for the coffee Val ;)). Our current build is a first for my wife and I. We were new at the game and Lee and his team have walked us through the process and made it a fun one. We felt and continue to feel listened to which is very important. It's obvious as well that they are experienced and go to bat for you when needed (i.e. Builders, the city, etc). The icing on the cake is watching your dreams come to fruition and we are so pleased to say it's better than on paper!

We are absolutely thrilled with our custom house design. Lee has created a seamless multigenerational home that kept in mind the needs of each family member. He worked tirelessly on creative layout but also put in a tonne of work behind the scenes when we needed help with the city. Now that the home is framed we are in awe of how incredible every detail is. The family home is unique while creating a special space for the 'suite' with a personality all of its own! The street view is stunning, you would never imagine all the details he has packed into its custom multigenerational design. We are counting down the days to moving in and enjoying every square inch of living enjoying friends and family!

I am in the process of building a walkout Bungalow on Lake Okanagan. The land is sloped down to the lake and has some bedrock and a lot of mature trees. We commissioned Lee Mullins to design our dream home. Lee was extremely creative in marrying our home to the land, working with the bedrock and keeping all of our very mature trees. He offered lots of great ideas to capture the best views as well as great design suggestions both internally and Externally. I would recommend Lee and his staff to anyone, He made our experience very enjoyable.”

As with most couples wanting to build a new home we started looking at the show homes. We found that each show home had bits and pieces of what we liked to ultimately make up our dream home. In one of the new areas in town we walked into a home that was just in the framing stage and knew then the design was ultimately based on what we wanted. Turned out to be a Mullins Design. Over the next few months we followed the home through most of it's completion, even meeting the home owner. We loved the design and decided on Mullins Design Group to do up our plans. Lee has been awesome with ideas and our changes along the way. We would get a set of drawings and were maybe not sure of certain layouts and not even sure how to make the changes and what would and wouldn't work.. The man is a genius with a pencil and paper. In moments he would sketch the changes and come up with things we never even thought of. Although our dream home is not yet finished it will be a Houzz worthy master piece upon completion, due in large part to Mullins Design Group.

Excellent design company to work with, Lee Mullins was first class with the design he created for us, far better than we had thought it would look like. We left it to Lee to give us a great design and he did not disappoint us. His fees were very reasonable also. I would recommend this design company to anybody.

I am building a custom home in Blind Bay BC and was introduced by my builder, Red Canoe Custom Homes Inc. from Kelowna to Lee Mullins and Mullins Drafting and Design. One of the best things that has happened to me. Lee visited the lot despite it being 2 hours from Kelowna and immediately had a good sense of how to design around some of the barriers the lot presented for an entry level house with walk out basement. He resolved lot elevation issues and suggested a very modern home design. Lee's attention to detail was very much appreciated and he was very generous in terms of explaining design issues to me given that I have little experience in home building.
