Lefroy Brooks USA

My low rating is not for their products - they are classy and timeless and beautiful. My problem is with their customer service. My shower fixture had a defective finishing screw that wouldn't thread, and I've been trying (through both Lefroy Brooks USA and Restoration Hardware, my initial point of purchase) to get the correct replacement for almost two months. Despite multiple emails (with photos), and phone calls, they keep sending the same (wrong) screw. Needless to say, I am less than impressed that I still have a shower fixture that is not properly installed, and missing a critical design element - a finishing screw [see left side of photo, where defective finishing screw is sticking out].

Fantastic quality and range of products, would recommend them to any client and always use them in any design scheme we can!

Great quality and very well designed products. Good selection of classic styles and finishes which fit within most design schemes. Easy to specify and well priced.
