7/24/20: Called to have someone come out to measure for the glass. Wrote a $640 check for half of the glass. Rhett the new owner came out and measured. 8/21/20: Came out to install glass but said the incorrect measurements were taken on the first visit. 8/24/20: Came out to remeasure - said we would receive a call that afternoon for timeframe. 8/25/20: Emailed office staff for an update. 8/26/20: Office staff emailed back - said we would be provided update when they had it. 8/30/20: Emailed office staff - requested caulk be removed from hall bath at no charge, if not willing to come down on glass since this has taken so long. Never heard back. 9/14/20: Came to install glass - brought panels in. Made comment about door being in our house from their last visit, which it wasn't. They said oh, we left it at the shop. At 10:12am I called office staff and they said the owner was out on a call. I gave my direct number to call back. Installers came back and said they lost the glass door. At 11:10am, I called back to the office staff and they said the owner wasn't back yet but they had my number for him to call. At 2:23pm, I called back and they said the owner was in the shop that a truck broke down and they they had my number for him to call back. At 6:41pm, the owner left a message for my husband instead of me (who had been calling the office all day and had left my number to call back), so I called and left a message.

We use LG&M exclusively for all of our projects because we are extremely satisfied with their service. On the rare occasion there is an issue with an install they are always on top of it. I have never had a client complaint about our glass installs. Fantastic company! (look at our bath pics, they are ALL LG&M)

I have two Shower Doors that were incorrectly installed by a competitor that does not stand behind their work. Josh with Liberty Glass just completed a repair on these Doors and was prompt to arrive (after an earlier call ahead to confirm). He was very friendly, courteous and careful to remove the Doors and correctly re-install them. This was my third time to use Liberty Glass and they have always responded quickly and professionally completed their work as promised. I always call Liberty for any glass and mirror needs and have also referred to friends and family.

The entire team did a fantastic job on my personal home. They took my design and brought it to reality. When we had a small challenge arise, they were right on it without hesitation. Thank you Chrissy, Steve, Pat, Adam and the rest of the team. Would definitely hire again.

Delete, delete, delete. - TERRIBLE! I was told for months that "its just taking us longer with the proposal" Finally I made an appointment to go in and meet with Chrissy to see what was up (she wasn't there). The owner was there and told me "we don't bid from plans" and told me to leave!!!! Why they wouldn't say that from the beginning is beyond me. Rude, unprofessional and a huge waste of time. May they reap what they sow... Stay away!!!!

We used Liberty Glass about 2 months ago, and we were very impressed! Their customer service was excellent from the first phone call I made to them, to the installer making a special trip to get our glass installed early. They did an outstanding job and we love our glass shower enclosure!

Liberty Glass installed a glass shower enclosure, bathroom mirrors, and some glass for shelves in a custom cabinet. Liberty Glass was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about glass shower enclosures. I got several estimates but I am very happy that I chose Liberty Glass.
