In a world with dwindling good customer service, it is refreshing to find a company with excellent customer service. Great products also. You will not regret doing business with this company.

So far I am really happy. Great customer service; very responsive and they have kept me informed regarding shipping/ etc. I haven't put up the chandelier yet but will be able to say more once I do!

Finally our contractor put up our chandelier & it looks gorgeous! Had a few broken glass pieces at first but I emailed the company with some pictures & they kindly replaced the pieces by mail & gave me a few extra just in case. That is what I call great customer service. Thank you guys ! I love my chandelier

Commented: can this be hung on an angled or vaulted ceiling?Sure, You just have to adjust the wires accordingly. Keep in mind that by hanging it on a sloped ceiling the design will hang slightly different than how it is pictured here.
