I have worked with Hans on a couple of different projects now and wouldn't use anybody else. His attention to detail, ability to translate exactly what we require into documentation and the continuous service he provides through to construction stage is invaluable. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Hans did a great job of stepping us through a large renovation project. It was a fun process and I have to say with his support we moved through the council process and were able to step through with builders what we needed to get done. Great ideas from Hans about the design and now that we are living in the renovated house we can really see the benefits of his ideas to the overall living experience here.

We used Hans / Living Colour Studio for planning the renovation and extension of our double fronted cottage in Williamstown to accommodate our growing family. We appreciated the time taken early to really understand our needs and preferences. Hans patiently helped us through the council processes which were challenging due to heritage overlays. Through a great design we were able to get approval to build the extension that gave us the space we desired. And the final product once complete is absolutely fantastic. Key strengths we saw were: clever design which helped keep build costs down, and great understanding of space and light (all our rooms are really light, but private). We would highly recommend Living Colour Studio and will definitely use again if we ever embark on another project like this.
