We have had our share of POOL services over the years...We love Barry and his team!! They are amazing!! Always someone to answer our questions and someone there the next day to address whatever the issue!! I recommend them to everyone!! 5 stars!!!!!!

Beware! My husband hired this company to install a pool liner in our above ground pool. Three men were sent to her home and worked for about an hour to remove the old liner and replace the new liner. Upon completion of the job I was called out to look at the liner and the person in charge informed me that I should leave the water on to fill the pool up for certain amount of time that day stop it overnight and continue to fill up the pool the next day. I believe the gradual water into the pool was to help the liner conform to the shape of the pool. All appeared fine until the water got higher enough for us to turn the filter on. When they attached the new return line to the filter they cracked our Hayward Turbo Cell T-Cell 5 ( we have a saltwater filter). This is an estimated $650 piece of equipment! There was no way we would realize the crack until we turned the filter on. We immediately contacted him and he denied it right away that his men didn’t have to touch that piece of equipment. However that’s not true because like I said you have to connect the return to the filter and they installed their own equipment replacing the return we had therefore needing to attach the hose which was connected to the filter. We have pictures of the cracked piece of equipment that we sent him with gushing water. He then said he wanted still shots showing him the exact cracks. We even showed him a video so he could see that his men did move the pipes because we had the deck painted last year and the pipe is now shifted from that position. Since showing him the video and photos with the exact cracks he has ghosted us and ignored our attempts to reach him so he could rectify this problem. I wish there was a place I could upload my photos to prove what I have said.

Long Island Swim have shown that they are true professionals so far. Their crew just installed a semi inground pool. They were courteous, friendly and did a great install. The plan was to wait a day or two and backfill the hole around the pool with soil before a forecasted rain storm. Unfortunately for me the liner was defective and leaking to the point were it was flooding the 35 inch deep hole around the pool. We were in a state of panic. I drained the pool and called LI Swim. I was concerned about getting a callback since it was a Sunday and I had already paid for the install. Within an hour, Barry the owner called me and told me that he will contact the pool retailer (Aquacade Pools) and work to get me a new liner. Luckily the pool manufacturer (Aquasport) had a liner in stock and sent it. Unfortunately it arrived during a torrential downpour. I was pretty successful in keeping the hole from flooding by using tarps and back filling with a foot of soil to try to keep the base of the pool dry. Unfortunately, the leak from within the pool caused the base to become saturated. That's when I notice our worst fears came true, several uprights became unlevel. Barry assured me they will back their work up 100 percent with no hassle. I found him to be knowledgeable and his response comforting. They are sending a crew on Mon. If they are successful, we will be lifelong customers. This type of professionalism is so rare today!

this is my first year with this company. I would highly recommend your services. The people who open and close my pool are very professional, pleasant and respectable. Hernandes has done a great job with maintaining the upkeep of my pool Very professional, respectful and pleasant. My pool has never looked as clear and clean as this year. I hired this company to install an above ground pool. They showed up on time and finished the job quick. There were some issues with the installation so I contacted Barry. He was very apologetic and sent a crew out to address the issues. My family is enjoying the pool and I would recommend them to anyone needing an above ground pool installed.

I can't express what a great company this is. From my first conversation with Barry to the crew that came to install my new liner nothing could have been easier Barry calmed my fears of the wall that was dented in would be fine and the crew answered all my questions and did a great job. This is my 3rd time using Long Island Pool and I will not use anyone else.

Absolute professional worker. They really know what they are doing. Extremely happy with the cleaning and closing of the pool. They also cleaned and winterized my pump and filter. I've been doing business with Long Island Swim Service for over 10 years and they just opened my pool this past Thursday and they did such a great job that I wanted to do a review for them . The crew arrived promptly at the promised time and opened my pool in a professional and efficient manner. The pool was crystal clear when the cover was removed because Long Island Swim also did my pool closing this past October .They also serviced my pool heater . I would highly recommend them to anyone .

I know of LI swim-pool for many years. Even though I don't have a pool I use them for shrink wrapping my out door furniture for a few years and they do a really great job. The crew is always on time and do a very good and neat job! When I take off the shrink wrap in the spring there is not even i drop of water. Would recommend them to any one who needs the shrink done!! MU

We have been using LI Swim-Pool since they installed our pool 11 years ago. We have used them for opening, closing, liner replacements and an occasional repair. The service has always been top-notch!
