I used matt to desin 3 town houses on my property and with his knowledge went over and beyond my expectations the comunication was second to none always happy to listen and make anychanges needed without any fuss always kept me updated on progress no matter how little. the designs of the town houses where way better than i had imagined i would not hesistate to recommend his services and could not have gotten a better person for my project.

Matt was the second Architect we had working on our renovation. Our first Architect lost my confidence because there was no real follow-up or engagement on a personal level. Matt stepped in and we experienced an immediate change. Needless to say we had a through revision of our plans so that the plans reflected our desires combined with Matt's ideas and finesse. We love our home and it stands out as being a " cut above " it's neighbours. The project took place in 2016-17 and the budget we gave Matt to work with was adhered to. We ended up with the home of our dreams and had a fantastic experience during the construction period. Matt provided support and information on a continuing basis. He was also a valuable intermediary between the builder and us.

We can't speak highly enough of Matt. His ability to work with us on refining our initial ideas into a succinct brief was a large part of why our project went so smoothly. That coupled with his highly efficient design skills, meant we were able to quickly reach a final design we were extremely happy with. His technical knowledge is first class and his meticulous attention to detail meant the builder was provided with a comprehensive set of drawings which made for a smooth build on a very difficult and constrained site. We are only too happy to recommend Matt.
