Modern Mailbox

Purchased a mailbox from them which arrived 11/29 and decided to make a return. According to Houzz's return policy, I have 30 day to return it as long as my return package has postage date of 12/29 or before. I got connected with someone named Rob who refused to give me a refund because the mail box did not arrive to their location by 12/29 even though my postage date was indeed 12/29 which is within the return policy guideline. Very frustrating because this clearly goes against the Houzz return policy. I asked for them to be understanding of the situation and they refused. Will not do business with this company again.
